Best way to go about it really, westernization is a problem in the Middle east, problem everywhere but as they could never dismantle the culture its all in play, islamic principles clashing with the younger generations want for Gucci shoes and Metallica CD's so you have a strict ''evil'' regime looking to stem the westernization of the country but only coming across as being oppressive and harsh, aggrovating the problem.... like the play on words... out there you have the, ''Revolutionary Guard'' think about it and it takes a more literal sounding, bit like the more common, ''Freedom fighter'' .lol.
This is the ''first'' internet backed revolution, they're taking photos and videos with their camera phones and uploading it onto the net to get past the media blackout, Iranian government attempting to prevent them from getting online etc, bettr off cutting the power really, thats what I'd do if I had a day as dictator and it all went wrong... blame it on some student anarchist bomber.. no power no cameras, no net, no media coverage... anyway... so these Iranian students are posting stuff up on youtube, myspace, facebook and twitter with the sympathy of students and young people in other countries behind them asking for help, hackers to attack government websites and so on .lol. A few protests and marches and these people jump pumping ''black'' power fists in the air giving their support... somethings just aren't as clear cut and dry as they seem.... same goes for the anti mugabe protests in the UK when the Prime minister came over. Hackingg overnment websites, made me laugh when I saw it and that American woman was blatantly a spy, near enough confesed in the video back there, 'bout singing the national anthem to comfort her in prison.
Not that its bad (supporting anothers cause) but sometimes its best to let people fight their own battles. Taking culture and history to mind most really don't see the whole picture.
