POLICE are appealing for help in their hunt to trace a 14-year-old mum and her baby son. Victoria Ann Frank and four-month-old Jeramiah were last seen at around 8pm on Friday last week outside her mother's address in Crosslet Vale, Greenwich.

Victoria is black, of stocky build, 5ft 7in tall, with black shoulder length hair.

Anyone who sees Victoria and Jeramiah, or knows of their whereabouts, is asked to call Lewisham police on 020 8284 8450.
