What would drive a boy to rape. Apparently he has a history of assualting women sexually and beating them upand the teacher is suing the school for not disclosing this information. If they hadn't caught him young he would have grown up to be a violent serial rapist. He obviously hates women, what on earth would drive a boy to hate women like this?

The teacher was only on her second day of teaching at the boys' schoolA boy who raped a teacher at a school has failed in a High Court bid to keep his identity secret.
Last week, Dwayne Best, 16, was detained for life for the assault at Westminster City School for Boys in central London last September.
Best, who was 15 at the time, admitted raping the 28-year-old teacher.
Sentencing him, the judge said he had violated the teacher's classroom, her place of safety, and had left her "physically and mentally scarred".

The boy is pure scum.

We should have his photograph printed as well, and NOT give him a new identity when he's released in four and a half years time at the end of his "life" sentence...

Anyone who would commit such an act against another human should be removed from society for the rest of their natural lives...

The Daily Mirror did a sketch of him. He looks mixed race or light skin black (his sfolks are from Kent so I thik he's most likely mixed race) with cornrows. Good looking young man as well. Apparently he also beat and stripped naked a cleaner.

funny who when a man rapes..........then he is "ill" , yet when he kills or burgles a house he is a "criminal"...............if you are ill you do not go to jail, if you are criminal you got to jail............and obviously men with "rape tendencies" would prefer if they do not go to jail and hence escape punishment.

I can sympathise with anyone who has had a rough upbringing, but when that person starts to harm innocent people that's when I stop giving a rat's arse. I could care less whether this piece of sh*t was 'troubled'. He knew what he was doing.

For him to get out after only a few years for scarring someone for life is beyond a joke. When he gets out he'll still be young with his whole miserable life ahead of him, therefore he'll still have the strength to go out and do it again. And anyway, prison in this country is no deterrent. People who I knewthat went to prison came out 10 times worse!! Behind bars you learn all kinds of foul sh*t that you just can't wait to put in to practice when you're released. This country is f**ked up when it comes to dealing with offenders....you can murder half the population and onlyget sentenced toa couple of years. There was a recent case when a guy tried to rape a three year old baby (by his own admission) and he only got three years community service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm suprised they didn't imprison the teacher for defending herself. As far as I'm concerned all rapists, murders and paedophiles should just get stoned to death. F*** all those evil*******s.

Two things...first there is no way he will be let out after 4 years...second whilst this boys behaviour is disturbing to say the least..is no one concerned how a boy of 16 developed such disturbed behaviours...

I quite sure he was not born this was, so what happened to him to turn into such a monster..that is the question we should asking and identifying because this is very serious?

How many of you, Watch MTV Base, Channel U etc...where the trend is to view women as decoration, object of possession in the same context asbling,Mercs and money.. Have none of you noticed how in these videos that women are as much an accessory as bling, cars, planes etc etc..

Evenon Trouble (a supposedly children's network), some of the shows on BEFORE the watershed..made my eyes lift up.. We only have to look at BB6 to see the natural extention of the effect of the over and early sexualisation of this generation to see the end consequences..

i've not even touch on the issueof parenting yet or this boys peer pressure...yet we write him off as it was somehow just his fault alone..come on now.. How is it a surprise that a boy did what he was conditioned to do..that is to treat women as something to be used at his convinence..

Back in the day before physciatrists and the advent of ADD society realised that some people both adults and kidswere just bad and needed to be sentenced to at least life in prison. Now they talk about mother issues, troubled upbringing, the tv, hollywood, ADD, grand theft auto. My dad grew up watchign westerns but he didn't decide that he was john wayne and start shooting people. Boys have looked at **** since nelson had his eye. I remember me and my brother and his mates secretly watching 'porkies' and being in hysterics. As far as I'm aware he never turned out to be a violent rapist.

We need to stop making up excuses for these people like ' the reason why jermaine is a crack dealer and shoots people is because his daddy left him, or the reason why mr. smith abuses children is because he had issues wth his mother. I don't care what hapened to ths boy he needs to be locked away for life before he rapes and kills someone. Whilst I'm not a fan of MTV Base, I do not agree that its at fault for violent rape for showing near naked women. Criminals always us excuses to justify their behaviour like 'the child was leading me on'orthe teacher wore a short skirt on tuesday. The boy has ruined this womans life and I maintain that he is a little shit, I feel no sorrow for him, what I feel sorrow for is the next black man who senses the fear of this white woman when he walks past her and is made to feel bad because of this twisted individuals actions.
