Three people shot dead on estate


A 62-year-old man and two women have been found dead at a flat on a north-west London estate. A nine-month-old baby, also found at Stonebridge Park in the Wembley area, was uninjured but covered in blood. The baby boy has been taken to hospital.
Police said it is believed the man and two women, aged 27 and 34, who are related to the baby, were shot.
A family member discovered the bodies and called the police at 1500 BST. All were pronounced dead at the scene.
Police are informing their next of kin and the baby has been put in the care of social services.
Operation Trident, an initiative to tackle gun crime among black communities, is investigating the deaths. Police said they are being treated as murder and they are keeping an open mind as to a motive.
Armed officers are at the scene and high visibility patrols are taking place in the area.
A post-mortem examination is expected to take place on Saturday .
No arrests have been made so far.

A GRANDAD and his two daughters were found shot dead in a flat yesterday — as an unharmed nine-month-old baby lay nearby covered in blood.

The victims, Noel Patterson, 62, and his two stepdaughters Lorna and Connie Morrison, aged 34 and 27, were discovered by a relative.

Lorna's baby son Christianowas examined at hospital and last night was in the care of social services. A neighbour described the male victim as “a hard-working cleaner�.

Police dashed to the flat at 3pm yesterday in Harlesden, North London, after a report that people had been injured. A Scotland Yard spokesman said: “All three victims were pronounced dead at the scene.

“Fortunately, the young child at the flat suffered no injuries.�

The case is being investigated by Operation Trident, which deals with black-on-black crime. Detective Superintendent Gary Richardson said that detectives were keeping an open mind about the possible motive for the triple murder.
He said: "We don’t know what the motive was, that is one of our main lines of inquiry, to find out why these people were targeted if indeed they were targeted."
He added: "Our inquiries have led to police wishing to identify three black youths seen to enter Clark Court at about 8.30 to 9pm on Thursday, August 4.
"It is believed that those youths may have parked a vehicle - we don’t have details of the vehicle - on Diamond Street before entering the flats. We have no sighting of them leaving.
"They are described as two being around 6ft tall and one considerably shorter, all wearing hooded tops turned up and concealing their faces."

A neighbour in the block of flats said she heard gunfire the previous evening.

'tied up' seems abit more professional then the average hood. Then again I just read your explanation of the tipper Ire case on an old thread and damn the children must be absolutely mortified

Cowards this smells of possible witness executions … beware of black devils.

People need to stand up to these black devils and give information to the police how anyone can not be outraged by this is beyond me.

No you miss understood me, i didnt explain myself properly sorry i meant in regards to bringing them to justice, not against each other. I think a criminals should be dealt the exact face of crime they commit
