I heard some rumor I dont know from Singapore when some governor or politician was asked why the japanese were so smart in asia. And the singaporean said it was due to their cold climate. So he said if singapore get air conditions to cool the head singaporeans can make the leap to japanese intelligence.
Its funny stuff but it looks like someone spent some time in it.
