I heard this reported on the radio this afternoon aswell. When they said racially motivated I automatically thought the perpretrator was white, but then they gave the description. He picture looks like a gorilla sorry but someone must be taking the mic. If this is the pic they are putting out people are goin to be looking for a animal thats escape from london zoo. I dont think the man is well, just a feeling I have. Not that is an excuse for his behaviour.

@Miss Nellia, who knows whats going to happen in london?? but I doubt riots will happen, too many black men hugged up to their asian babes innit! Asians are goin to be on our backs even worse now when we go into their shops. I try to avoid goin to them unless I have to, and when you want to top up ur oyster card its next to impossible! Hair shops, I only buy black standard pecknam all the way!

What I don't get is why it has to be 'racially' motivated, remember asians are 'black' so how can it be?

But on a serious note! I hope this INDIVIDUAL gets caught as he has brought shame on himself and needs to be caught. All communties be it black or asian should do there best to help get this INDIVIDUAL of the street.

Can I just say me being a black person, I obviously seen all types of black people in my short life. But I have to point out that this doesn't look like the average black person, but more exaggerated!

Detectives have confirmed they are now hunting a serial racist firebomber following astring of "horrific" attacks.
They believe the man is responsible for three attacks in south London over the past three weeks - one of them fatal.
The latest bombing on Thursday in Clapham Road, Kennington, killed Asian man Khizer Hayat of Bermondsey.
Mr Hayat was burnt to death when he was trapped in the Pricecutter convenience store following the attack in broad daylight - just yards from a police station.
Detective Superintendent Dick Heselden of the Metropolitan Police said: "In the absence of any other possible motive, I'm working on the basis that these are racially motivated attacks."
He added: "We must catch him before he commits another arson attack in which someone else may be killed."

Do you know this man? Police on Friday described Mr Hayat's killing as an "horrific way to die". On Saturday they released an e-fit of the suspect.
It is believed he first struck at a newsagents in Tulse Hill on April 14 when a bottle filled with accelerant was thrown into the premises and struck the legs of a customer who suffered burns.
Six days later there was a second in Portland Road, South Norwood, where again, a lit bottle filled with petrol was thrown into an off-licence. No-one was hurt.
Mr Heselden said that in all three attacks, the method had been almost identical and the description of the suspect had matched.
He said the motiveappeared to be ethnic rather than connected to faith, because victims had included Muslims and Hindus.
Mr Hayat - a father in his late 40s who had lived in Britain for some years - was originally from Kashmir in Pakistan, while others targeted had been from Sri Lanka.
The suspect is described as a black man, barrel-chested with a shaved head, aged 30 to 35, about 5ft 10in with a strong jaw line and rough skin.

Fatal arson 'racially motivated' Police issued a CCTV image of the man about to throw the firebomb Police hunting a man who firebombed a shop in south London, killing one employee and injuring three others, believe he is a racist serial arsonist. Workers at the Pricecutter shop near the Oval were trapped inside as it was engulfed in flames on Thursday. Employee Khizar Hayat, 40, died.
Detectives think the same attacker was responsible for two other blazes.
They are linking him with fires at a Tulse Hill newsagent on 14 April and a South Norwood corner shop on 20 April.
Det Supt Richard Heselden told a Scotland Yard news conference on Sunday they were now linking all three incidents.
Police chased the firebomb suspect, but lost him He said: "In each case, the shopkeepers and owners have been unable to give any motive for the attacks.
"In the absence of any identifying motive, we are treating these offences as racial incidents."
Officers at nearby Lambeth police station chased a man seen throwing an object into the Pricecutter shop but lost him.
Mr Hayat's wife and family are believed to be in Kashmir and poor communications stemming from last year's earthquake have made it difficult to contact them.
He is thought to have children, and has been living in the UK for several years.
A second man, who was trapped along with Mr Hayat, is critically ill in hospital.
Two others ran through the flames and suffered minor burns.

IF this weird looking man is indeed targetting Asian-owned businesses, then it's hard to argue that it isn't racially motivated. If caught, then any sentence should reflect this fact. I'd make the same arguement if whites/asains were targeting black-owned businesses...
