I'm indeed lost for words and that doesn't happen very often its a vicious cycle indeed.This indeed is a very unique phenomenon on both sides of the Atlantic i wouldn't put the onus primarily on the government to help settle this Black parents need to be more responsible fathers need to be there mothers need to act like mothers we need to work on this ourselves we cannot depend on the government for everything whist we just sit and watch.This issues need to be sorted at the root level and we know whats really going on.
