"If a thief want to be a thief, he is going to be thief. Understand that good. And they are usually good at their job. So if a thief wants to be a thief, he is going to be a thief," said Carolyn Peters.
I think this resident should not drink any of the water from the Mississippi River. Whatever flowing down this great river is not helping the senses.
"It's a Louisiana problem, it's a United States problem," he said. "We're begging the citizens to join with us to coordinate with watch groups."
We should and most are mostly following the recommendation of Attorney General Jim Hood:
Hood advised Melton not to lead searches of cars and homes because it could lead to the violation of a person's rights. The attorney general also said that Melton should take a more supportive role instead of a lead role.
We all dont want to violate anybody personal rights and do not wish to meddle in local affairs such as this.
