Unfortunetly no u.s. government will ever comply with their obligation to provide the descendants of slaves 1 acre of land and a donkey ( or a trailer park home and a mini [the modern equivalent])…..

There are lots of documents available in this countries archives...we could transcribe for 'on-line viewing'
