I just thought that if people understood Structural Adjustment and International finance they would better understand Africa's Polictical, Economic situation....And maybe even Pan-Africanism in the 21st C

V, change in name does not change in Policy make...Anyway Structural Adjustment is "alive and kicking"...Kicking Africa, hardest.

the only difference is Africans are now in position to say no to PRSPs or SAP's
