Down with the racist Statue in honor of a Rapist,
Abductor, Enslaver and Mass Murderer of Blacks


Press Release to the Global Pan African Nation:

Alarm in Black Germany ! An Enslaver’s shipping
company is victim of an arson attack: The Black
Community in Hamburg warns white authorities, police
and media from suspecting, accusing, criminalizing and
demonizing Black activists

Dear Brothers and Sisters,

During the night of Sunday, October 22 to Monday,
October 23, 2006, the office of a shipping company
involved in the Ma’afa i.e. African Holocaust (mass
abduction, mass deportation, enslavement, mass rape,
and genocide of Africans) was attacked and burned down
in Hamburg . In their letter of acknowledgement
written in broken German, the arsonists did refer to
and justify their attack with German colonialism and
the very racist statue for the demolition and removal
of which we are campaigning and fighting.

As one could anticipate, some white German politicians
and the police had suspected the Black Community to
have operated or organized this action. Thus, white
journalists wanted to know what we, the Black
Community, think about this arson attack. In our
meetings on October 30 and November 6, 2006, we have
resolved that:


1. The Black Community in Hamburg is not going to
comment on this act in either way.

2. We strongly condemn the racist move of white media
and press organizations who are prompt to ask us what
we think about this arson attack, but they never rush
to ask us our opinion when Blacks are being abused,
discriminated against, deported, tortured or murdered,
and they also never report fairly on our actions and
demands. Moreover, we have good reasons to suspect
that some of these white journalists are working for
the police.

3. As a matter of fact, when the Wandsbek local
government erected the racist statue, no journalist
came to ask us what we thought about it. Thus, we have
no comment to make on whosoever has destroyed and
burned down the offices of this blood-sucking shipping
company, which (like the racist, rapist, enslaver and
mass murderer to whom the racist statue was dedicated,
i.e. Lord Schimmelmann) has enriched itself with the
enslavement and genocide of Africans.


4. We warn white German authorities not to misuse this
arson attack as a mean excuse to criminalize and
demonize the Black Community and Black Activists in
Hamburg, particularly the Quilombo Brazil and the
Black Families and Activists who survive in the
(dominantly white) area where this arson attack was
perpetrated.

5. The white German authorities must count with a
strong and bold reaction from us should they ever
accuse and arbitrarily prosecute Members of the Black
Community for being allegedly involved in the arson
attack on and the destruction of the offices of this
enslaving and mass murderous shipping company. We are
determined not to let them misuse this attack as an
excuse to disenfranchise, silence or suppress us and
our legitimate demands and actions.
