Shelby County Sheriff's Department Assistant Manager Charged with Child Rape[align=center] [/align][align=center][/align]

MEMPHIS -- An Assistant Manager in the Records and Identification Bureau at the Shelby County Sheriff's Department is off the job with pay after he was arrested and charged with rape of a child. 60 year-old Wayne Logan is behind bars at the CJC.
Shelby County Sheriff's Spokesperson Steve Shular says Logan was hiredas a Supervisor in the Records and Identification Bureau and is currently an Assistant Manager in that bureau.

Affidavit of Complaint:
"On Wednesday January 10, 2007 an 8 year old female told her teacher at Holmes Elem. School that she was paining between her legs. The female victim was taken to the guidance counselor's office when she told the school staff that someone had been touching her between her legs. The victim was transported to the MSARC for an examination and the collection of evidence. The victim was interviewed by the affiant and a DCS Case Investigator when she stated that she and the defendant had engaged in several sex acts in the presence of her mother."

"The 8 year old stated that her mother would receive money from the defendant when the acts took place. Victim also stated that she has witnessed her mother engage in sex acts with the defendant."

Forgot to mention that his fiance is an AA judge......

I'm sorry for the poor girl.



As for the other facts.....again I'll keep my thoughts to myself.

I forgot to add that it is assumed that the 8yr old is an AA girl as the neighborhood that her home is in is a predominantly AA neighborhood.

I could not believe that an AA woman would prostitute her child to a pedo and then make the child watch while she was having sex with the pedo herself.

some times i wonder about what is justice and what is punishment, if the judges new what is was to be raped how it follows you all your life.



i think they will give such acts the death penalty!
