Maybe the "journalists" at the New Nation should join Blacknet Village or, alternatively, walk around with their eyes open ... http://www.blackchat.co.uk/theblackf...um9/18474.html

I saw that article. Hoew come they never mentioned Peckham, or Deptford.

Tottenham specifically West Green Road, has quite a few black businesses also.

People don't realise there is far more black business and always have been than people think. We simply think business is high street shops. Black people have been self employed, running a wide number of usually home based or non shop front businesses from time.

For example i have a business and or a key partner and we have no shop front and have no need for one but we are registered but you would not know it is a black business because what does a black business look like. Fred and Johnson and Partners and oh a black businessconfused3. We do serious business involving chains of black business people and only rarely ever having any whites other than those employed by black people involved. Yeah black folks be employing white folks and not today to front their shit.

So we need to think business proper than business means shop fronts. Even though we need to wage war on the high street and deal with those other pariah groups who live off us.

There are many black owned ‘cottage’ businesses, (corner shops, food retailers, barber shops, hair dressers, etcc. but there are few visible blacks at the helm of multinationals or even chain stores…. the difference between blacks and say Asians or Jews is that blacks have fed into the ‘integration line’ and we don’t show preference to our own kind when it comes to hiring…
E.g. the Asian commercially run radio station sunrise, or marks and spencers old, very old unofficial policy of only hiring Jews…

Probably because we aren't so narrow minded to think that we onlyneedto serveblack customers. Plenty about.
