The report "Reaching Out: Think Family"from the UK's Social Exclusion Task Force is not to be confused with the other report which just appeared from the UK's Home Affairs Select Committe. The findings of "Reaching Out: Think Family"are described here -

Is this report GOOD because it highlights an area of inequality and need or BAD because it focusses onblackpeople or IRRELEVANT because change cannot be generated from within the system? Any opinions?
