Subject: ANOTHER IMPERIALIST PLOT TO ASSASSINATE THE BOLIVARIAN REPUBLIC OF VENEZUELA.

Statement:

The Hugo Chavez International-Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) has learnt from credible sources about an imperialist plot to assassinate the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, under the charismatic leadership of the "Osagyfo" of Latin America-President Hugo Chavez. According to our sources, the said plot is code-named "Operation Cleanse Venezuela", and is designed for execution between end of November and before the holding of the country's referendum of Constitutional reforms on 2 nd. December, 2007.

To achieve these objectives, agents of the CIA are working on downright subversive action plans, with other foreign secret service instruments, such as Israel, Poland, Czechs, Chile, etc to destabilize the government of President Hugo Chavez. Objectives: Obstruct the holding of Referendum on constitutional reforms, scheduled to take place on December 2 nd. 2007, the HCI-FPFS was informed. The Venezuelan Parliament has already passed all the constitutional reform bills put before it a week ago, which recognises the historical links between Africa and Venezuela. In reality, there are three concrete plans, each of which not only to destabilise the government of President Chavez and the sovereignty of Venezuela, but also shoots to kill against the will of the people. According to the information sent to the HCI-FPFS, the US is currently embarked on three action plans, as stated below:

1. Recruiting and mobilising anti-Cuban terrorist forces based in South Miami, Florida and Fort Bragg in North Carolina in the USA and other armed foreign mercenaries to invade Venezuela from neighbouring countries with the help of local collaborators and enemies of the Venezuelan people.

2. Using former traitors in the Bolivarian Alternative Revolution and ungodly people in religious camouflage to create division among the Venezuelan Armed forces and possibly ignite a violent mutiny by the military against their Government and people.

3. Issuing orders to US occupation forces in the region to shot down any aircraft used by President Chavez and his peace entourage to Bogotá, in an attempt to add impetus to Chavez Peace Formulae for Colombia. Then a ghost group in the name of opposition to President Chavez Peace Plan would claim responsibility for such terrorist attack if executed. It is also believe that the Bush Administration in Washington has hired the services of US trained snipers to carryout the plot. There are also plans to recruit ex-servicemen from the Venezuelan police and armed forces to reinforce the said plot.

Much as the Hugo Chavez International –Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) advocates peace, human rights, freedom and dignity, and against all acts of terrorism, the Organisation finds it appropriate to condemn US policy on Venezuela as dangerous threat to peace and security. It is the opinion of the Organisation that, pursuing policy of murder and destruction against President Chavez and the people of Venezuela, the US is committing unpardonable sins against humanity.

It would be recalled here that, one of US President George Bush foreign policies since the inception of its diabolic Administration in 2001, is violent aggression against countries and leaders who resist US imperialism, and who loves and fight for freedom. The phrase "regime change" is used by the Bush Administration to threaten peace and security, and to impose vicious governments around the world, against the will of the people. And top on the current US list for murder and destruction is President Chavez and Venezuela.

To the hoaxed in Washington, President Hugo Chavez "Socialism of the 21 st century" threatens US grip on Venezuela oil and other resources. With this ill-thought-out, reactionary and subversive foreign policy, the Bush Administration is plotting all evil attacks against the Osagyfo of Latin America and the Venezuelan people.

The centrepiece of US anti-Venezuelan program, plots and conspiracies has been to ensure the return of the former disgraced oligarchy and treacherous leaders in Caracas, to rape the wealth of Venezuelan nation, and to ruin lives of peoples, using precisely domestic collaborators and traitors hiding behind the media, churches and so-called opposition to wreck the Venezuelan state.

The wounds and scars inflicted on the Venezuelan people by the US-masterminded and failed coup of 11 April, 2002 against the elected Government of the people of Venezuela is still fresh in the minds of the public. Not to mention the reckless, homosexually-cantered, racist-minded, shameless, faithless and satanic statement made in 2005, by US Bishop Pat Robertson, calling for the assassination of President Hugo Chavez. The Hugo Chavez International-Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity challenges Bishop Robertson to tell the world which commandments of God in the Holy Bible that advocates death penalty. If, anything we advice this good for nothing Christian to prepare as the gates of hell wait to welcome him.

It would also be recalled here that in 1999, the Bolivarian Revolution, under President Chavez introduced grassroots democratic reforms in the Constitution of Venezuela, given powers for the first time, to the most pauperised, neglected and deprived rural poor masses to take part in all gatherings, discussions and decisions on the future direction of Venezuela. Contrary to the wicked policies pursued by the former oligarchy leaders against the Venezuelan people.

The US, through the National Democratic Institute (NDI), the CIA and other US based instruments have worked actively in coup-plotting activities against progressive governments around the world that opposed to foreign hegemony and dehumanisation of their peoples. Cuba for instance, the US has in the past forty years been plotting to overthrow the government of President Fidel Castro, and imposed a rogue regime in Havana against the will of the Cuban people. Hundreds of millions of dollars are spent yearly by the US to destabilise governments and nations around the world, to buy people and to impose governments that re subservient to US imperialism.

With President Bush endless calls for regime change in countries opposed to war, racist Zionism and exploitation of the people, US officials are meddling in every issue that will define the future of Venezuela, not just the control of oil and gas or a change in government. Any leaked information about US plots against Venezuela is real and should be treated seriously to avoid a repetition of the unending holocaust war in Iraqi, that is initiated and being fought by US forces of aggression on the Arab soil.

Having stated the above, the Hugo Chavez International-Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity wishes to call upon the United Nations to institute an independent investigation into the alleged plot by the US to assassinate Venezuela. The United Nations and the international community must not allowed to be consumed by the antics, manipulations, deceits, lies and media propaganda of the Bush Administration, but to act out of a deep consciousness as beacon of peace, harmony and hope for humanity. Failure to investigate the alleged plot to assassinate Venezuela is tantamount to fanning the embers of international terrorism; committing war crimes and crimes against humanity.

The HCI-FPFS demands that the international community exert pressure on the Bush Administration in Washington to spear the lives of the peace and freedom-loving people of Venezuela, the horror of missiles, smart bombs, depleted uranium, terrorism and aggression, akin to the Iraqi situation.

By this Press Release, the Hugo Chavez International-Foundation for Peace, Friendship and Solidarity (HCI-FPFS) calls upon member states of the Organisation of American States (OAS) to meet and discuss the alleged plot by US against Venezuela, with the sole aim to condemn the Bush Administration's anti-Venezuela campaign; and to support President Chavez Peace Formula for Colombia. This is the only way to save mankind and Venezuela in particular, the evils associated with President Bush destabilisation efforts.
