Financial crisis forces Britons into austerity - Telegraph

Well I can certainly testify to the above..as a long time Netto, aldi and Lidl shopper the amount of expensive new brand cars i see in the car park is growing.... The amount of people who used to be snos bout dem don't shop at such shop gone....

I'm even looking to do a financial spring clean and drop certain things from my monthly budget to save money...

In fact my top tips for saving money is...

don't buy newspapers either read them online or do what I do and go green by recycling papers left on the trains Am & Pm...all i have to do is pick up the nearest paper for a read..

I have my satilites of eateries that are 'affordable' that rotate to give varity at lunchtime...and if its really tight i aint ashamed to say me tek pack lunch to work too...

blockbusters get lock off...

Cinema get lock off..

even thinking bout switching telephone, internet and utility services to morev cost effective packages...

Any clothes have to be sale price or a primark special.....not spending big money on stupidness....

and as much as i want my gadgets..not even buying anything new unless the old one bruk down...

my ain to pay off any credit or mortagage quick because there is a storm coming and it aint gonna be pretty...I'm going to batton down the hatches in preparation...

Anybody got any more money saving tips for the tight fisted Kunjufu LMAO?
