Default Jesse's "favor" to Obama? - 11-07-08, 04:00 AM

Could it be that Jesse Jackson just won the general election for Obama. Nothing brings white voters together like being against Jackson. No amount of bowling, beer drinking or pool playing would give Obama the credibility of having Jesse Jackson taking a bold swipe at him.

"The enemy of my enemy is my friend."

I find it hard to believe that Jesse could make that kind of mistake. He has been in front of thousands of microphone over the years. This could have been the master stroke of falling on the sword to get Obama elected. This was a vaccine against Obama being too black for mainstream America. If Jesse has a problem with him, he becomes more acceptable to the masses.

there is no doubt that Jackson sees the hand writing on the wall. blacks on the national scene who do not need his crap. he can not make the adjustment needed to be able to deal with the white man. Ronald Reagan told the white man to get over guilt, that will not work so well anymore.

one fact we had better face and I think it was spoke to in an earlier post is that we should ready ourselves as black people to realize that obama will not be able to nor willing to jeopardize his political career by taking on black issues as we see them. When he deals with issues they will be 'inclusive'.

barack is politicking and if he pulls this off he will not be on anyone ones side. only his own.

i am not condemning him, white do the same i.e. Cheney bush, Reagan, Clinton etc.

i believe that Clinton would have been our best bet at achieving anything, she needed black votes. obama does not want to get too close to black people per se. just close enough for us to desire his to be the first black president that no one thought would happen in their life time.

by the luck of the draw he has McCain as his opponent...the race is his to lose....
