Hi all, unfortunately I have some bad news. I havent been in contact with the site as I had been in hospital since the beginning of June. I had the same thing as Donzwifey, open cervix at 3cmand bulging membranes. Though I was in hospital for 7 weeks, really amazed the docs as they were convinced i'd have my son as soon as i went in (24 weeks), I went to 31 weeks and then went into labour butmy son was stillborn. This was nothing to do with his prematurity, he was a good weight of 4lb 4oz, but I had caught an infection which went into his lungs and caused him pneumonia and he had struggled and fighted to beat it but couldnt.
Really cant believe it, my boy was beautiful and due to a number of complications and hospital investigation etc he was only laid to rest last week. Cant go into too much detail but some element of negligence has been admitted as I was in labour for over35 hours and nobody believed that I was actually in labour. Got a long road ahead of us but we are trying to be strong.
Please pray for us as we really need it.

I am fighting back tears as I write this.
I am so very, very sorry, BB. May his little, pure soul rest in peace.
I pray that you and your partner come together on this, as grief can separate couples.
My heart goes out to you both.blkrubhead
