she blames the press and says she was doing it out of love for her son
The photos show Spears holding the wheel of the car with one hand, and her 4-month-old baby in the other. A person is shown sitting in the passenger seat next to Spears.

LadyDay,
While Brittany shouldn't have had he son in the front seat of her SUV, the press and child welfare agency making it seem that she has abused the poor boy. I think about all of these children who have died when they were really needed. Where were they then?

Ok so what if someone drove into the back of her car and the baby went flying through the windscreen? Or she had to do an emergency break? Or the baby leant forward and banged his head on the steering wheel? At the end of the day trailer trash should be used to paparazzi, what she did was sheer stupidity and no she shouldn't get a bly

Facetygal,
I wouldn't say that what she did was the wisest decision that she made. and i'm not trying to excuse her actions, but I didn' think she menat to do what she did and that she was trying to have a little fun with her son. An unwise decision she made , yes, the worst thing she did, absoulutely not. Think about this: There is a case taking place in my state with some parents, who accidently dropped their kid, but the state want to make it more thna what it is. They have a loy of outside support because of this. Just like everybody else said, if they were that abusive wouldn't they have found some type of initial abuse with their first child and the baby. That is the problem , they they didn't.
Secondly, my own sister accidently dropped her baby son at the time on the ground while she has walking down her steps holding him. She didn't mean to but it happended and my family and a man who, ironically was a corrections officer/coplived in the same apartment complex seen it, but you know what he told my sister" I'm not going to charge you because he knew it was an accident as he used to see my sister with her son many time never abusing him. My main concern is about neglect/abuse. Is Brittney abuse towards he little boy? Does she neglect the little boy? That is the quesiton that those guys should be asking her. Just think , we haven't always had seat belt, seat laws for children and I've seen a lot of people doing what Brittney did. As a kid, my neighbor used to take us out and we would ride on the back of his truck for fun. Now , for the most part, the practice is being banned. He was a great man wholoved kids. Was he an irresponsible man because he chose to do that?
