But seriously this country has had sense of humour/fun bypass... there are towns BANNING them for being menacing and dangerous. I swear it's like kids aren't allowed to do anything anymore. Even conkers and roller skating is deemed unsafe... nation of sissys for real

The world has gone mad. No more egg and spoon races assomeone might actually come last.
lol that's because they don't want kids feelings to be hurt by losing. They taken up the "it's all about taking part" bollocks mantra. Which is why Britain gets it's ass kicked in all sports and in labour market... life is competition and tough competition. Play is a way of learning the rules. Sanitise that and you ruin kids chances in real world imo.
btw
When's the last time you saw an adventure playground? Proper muddy with ropes and tyres and wood and rickety as hell... do they even exist anymore?
Looks like fun. Wish they were around when I was young.
They were around when I was a kid. THey just recycled them to a new generation. I can't remember what they were called 20 years ago but they were around.
i was on the tube back in janauary and saw this girl moving by just holding on to a mans arm. her feet werent moving then i clicked on she was wearing one of them
i wonder if when i start bus hopping again if i should purchase a pair would decrease walking time to work
They are really big in America every kid has at least one pair.
They can be a little annoying though because instead of kids walking like normal they roll all over place, i've seen some kids get a little beatin from their parents because they either roll to fast or roll near to a road. Just Wait unitll the summer hits...
