Dear Mr Philip Copland - Enfield Borough Solicitor,
Thank you for your letter dated 24 July 2007, Reference: PC/RC/4488.
It would appear that you have taken scant regard for the serious problem of Institutional (Organised) Racism in the public and private services and the huge impact the problem has on the lives of Black and Non-white people.
No allegations or libellous comments have been made whatsoever as this is fundamentally an inquiry into the performance of the Race Equality Scheme.
I have not made unreasonable repeated requests for the same information because it cannot be assumed that a Racist management structure in one department also means that all departments are Institutionally Racist which is the same as White Supremacist.
You said and I quote:
"sufficient for us to declare you a vexatious requester"
I suspect that, that decision was a White Supremacist Racist decision and that no Black or Non-white people were involved because the problem of Institutional (Organised) Racism is a vexatious problem for Black and Non-white people every day.
Every council should be proud of its Race Equality/Diversity track record and keen to implement Race Equality Impact Assessments to ensure that Black and Non-white people are not being systematically abused in the Forward Plan. Every Council infested with White Supremacist Racist saboteurs will ashamed of its Race Equality track record.
Given the apparent contempt with which you have treated my requests for information about Race Equality in Enfield I have no choice but to suspect that:
1) you, Philip Copland are misrepresenting Enfield Council.
2) you, Philip Copland are a White Supremacist Racist saboteur.
and/or
3) Enfield Council is a White Supremacist Racist organisation.
I cannot trust any further communications from you at this stage.
Please would you give me the name of your superior and forward a copy of all our communications to date to your superior.
I need clarification and confirmation from a reliable source.
You mentioned the Police. If Enfield Council chooses to refer the matter to the Police then the Race Equality Secret Service is happy to work with them and others also.
The exposure of Institutionally Racist organisations and the eradication of Racist Abuse and the exploitation of people classified as Black and non-white in the Public and Private Services is a matter of public interest.
