A World Without Love...
Iniquity rules,
It’s the norm they say.
As society depreciates,
Loves charm decays…
But, how did this happen?
Why’s my world in pain?
Everywhere I see conflict!
People fighting to survive in vain…
Death’s cup runneth over,
With the blood of innocent lives!
Villagers running for cover,
As bombs rain for the skies!
Sexually depraved immorality,
Wrecks the family philosophy!
As politicians turn bad,
The news presents another controversy…
The ubiquitous aura,
Of an inevitable apocalypse.
Another person has died,
With no love this world will end quick…
But no one cares any more,
Hate fuels this insanity,
As cataclysmic events unfold,
Drugs shield the weak from the misery…
Mother nature cries out in agony,
With freak storms and acid rain!
As we suck her resources needlessly,
The skies cry her bitter tears in vain…
Our stratosphere damaged,
Deadly rays bursting through!
How long before earths milieu,
Gives up on us too?
But like an ear or an eye,
Another way exists…
Love’s the key, Love’s the medicine,
That can clear up enmity’s mist.
Simply opening your heart,
And letting love run riot inside,
Could start a chain of events,
That would take the world by surprise!
We’re all apart of this mess,
In some way or another.
But through solidarity and patronage,
We can help each other.
To champion peace and happiness,
Everything love purports,
Our world is counting on us,
With love, let’s show our support!
Now I may have faith, to make mountains fall;
But If I lack love, then I am nothing at all...
I can give away everything I possess;
But if I\'m without love
Then I have no happiness...
