I found this on the internet....
She was blamed for the fall of man
Not knowing it was all in Gods plan.
He ate so he wouldnt be alone,
But did he know his pureness, too, would be gone?
Now that time has passed on, and they both were wrong,
His pride, decisions, and confidence were no longer strong.
Her name was Eve.

Through the caveman days, you continued to treat me bad.
Beaten and grunting, I strongly refused to get mad.
In the other days, I was to see you as my master,
Even though it was my precious garden turned over by a
monstrous disaster.
And still my name was Eve.

You say Im your queen, but you take my power.
You leave me without name, worth less than a dollar.
I do as you please, jump when you say,
But at the end, you leave me loving you in vain.
You look down on me, like Im the disgrace,
But still you havent chosen another to stand in my oh-so
tolerant place.
With jealousy on my mind, and hatred in my heart,
I wear my name, Eve, like a bite of a shark.

I have your babies, support you and your friends;
I withstand your flaws and hopelessly look deep within;
I am your foundation, the support in your back;
When you walk in the wrong direction... I show you the track.
But still you continue to lie, hurt and mistreat me.
And, yet, you look shocked when I pack my bags to leave and
correct my name,

my name is ME

And before someone says, im not a man hating woman, nor do I date outside my race..... I just like da poem!!!niceone.gif

Our progression isn\'t hindered by our past- For thats what makes us stronger.

Our future isn\'t hindered by our mistakes- For thats what makes us wiser.

Our love isn\'t hindered by the hate- For thats what makes it deeper.
