Why was the poem 'bout Kosi removed?

I only wrote as I felt,

As genuinely, behooved.

Was it because I said "you is" beautiful--

"you is black"?

'Cause I'd hardly call lyrical license,

a verbal or racial attack.

Did the word I used 'nappy'

tempt nerve-endings to..........frizz?

For losing friends /slash/ making enemies

isnever my bizz

The point is, I'd like to know,

Why 'Ode to a Fro' has been erased...

Till I know, I'll lament the 'Fro'

and post this in its place.
