Poet and writer Malika Booker delves enthusiastically into all the myths and taboos of getting a bun in the oven (and getting it out again).

This spoken-word show is bursting with stories, covering everything from designer babies to fertility spells and old wives’ tales, all collected during 6 years of research into the subject. With a host of characters and a hoard of fertility-related paraphernalia to share with the audience, Malika reveals a Pandora’s box of intimate secrets and hidden desires.
