I have been selling Dudu-Osun black soap and Shea Butterright from my room for 3 yrs now but people that have seen my website think I am one big business in New York.

I started out selling clothes and everything I came across on ebay but soon, I lost lots of money for having the right products in the wrong time. I had to give away a lot of things.

By the time, I decided to go into full African-oriented online retail, I had no money to promote well and offer more products.

I have learnt to play it safe until I can back my dreams with capital.

I strongly believe that this is the year to create the buzz and by next year, The African Store will be a household name in the U.S.

By God's grace, everything will be possible.

Thats a Brilliant story...Well done.

The secret to success, no matter what a person;s colour or creed, is to have a Definite plan...focus on it with no room for Doubt...accept nothing less and success is guaranteed.

Wonderful book on the subject is by Napolean Hill...called "Think and Grow Rich". Many authors have replicated this knowledge over the years, but Napolean;s is a Classic. Great read.

He also says from his research that the Best years for attainment is when we are emotionally mature...40-60 years old. Most great successful people did not come into their True glory until that age. So there;s a lot to look forward to in the Autumn years after all.

To add to the topic I have run my business from home for over 20 years. I call it The Moon Temple and I give Spiritual Massage...Healing...teach Reiki...read Tarot.....and show people how to create their own spells/Talismans. I am busy and I Love the work. I could never have been a person who worked for anybody else. I love the independance of running my own show. Working at home is great too cos you can browse Blacknet during the day with no-one watching over your shoulder banana.gif

I own my website firm, Dtads.com some of you may have seen some mayjust seen the link, for now I have it on the side... becuase I work full time in a job that I also enjoy, hence why I haven't quit and gone full out on this.

The buzz word is there, everyone has been waiting for me to start it because they know the sort of work I can produce, plus to add to the fact that I also enjoy doing it... which just makes it 100 times more fullfilling.

This year is going to be big year.

Blackthought,

I love the Look Good, Feel Good website.

The lady in front of the main page is good-looking.

Keep it up.

Hey everyone

I've got an online store at www.Elite-Goods.com selling everything from jewellery to furniture. Only been with the business for just over a month but am busy promoting it at the moment. I also need to recruit people as well so working on a marketing campaign. I'm a student at the moment so hopefully I can pay off some of the student loans before I leave uni.
