One of my friends is a photographer, he got his backing through the Prince's Trust, another friend of mine is starting a business online, not quite sure where he is getting the backing from. There is a company that gives money for innovative business ideas but for the life of me I cannot remember the name. I met them when I went to a Chamber of Commerce meeting, I'll have to see if my mum kept their business card. You could try the bank, or team up with someone else who can give u financial support and already has experience in the field u want to get into.

@LadyDay. Well done sis..Go to your local authority information unit or whatever they call it and get hold of info regarding schemes or programmes your city may be a part of. Most cities are part of some thing eg local rengeration, urban development, Business Venture partnerships etc.

I would suggest that is the first move. Equally look through the directory. There are many say business related start up agencies which will either go by the name of your borough eg Lambeth Business Venture, Birmingham Business Venture what have you.

@LadyDay. Good luck with the research. Yep serious research to receive serious rewards. And be tough when you come to review your findings. Let the facts dictate and not your heart or dreams.

So I expect to see you and aunty in the Gleaner a little more.....clp)clp). When that day comes promise me. No Elephant man disguise...Almost killed me when I saw that Avitar....
