Don Dada what do think? If this chart reads correctly the Dow Jones is forming one Mother of a 'head and shoulder' pattern, meaning the American economy is shaping up forthe biggest fall in the history of mankind. The volume reading confirms this.

Hello La Moor,

I am no expert I have to say, but I have had the belief from some Fundemental indicators and as you have pictorially illustrated from the Graphs that the U.S is headed for a down turn in the Economy.

A good Analyist ( Robin Griffiths of Rathbones) stated in their Monthly report that Oct 2006 would be the main down turn. One of the factors that has been surprising is the strong purchases of Government bonds from China, it has the U.S by the ball if it wishes to liquidate their holdings.

From a trading point of view. It''s a quick peep at the main trend but No overnight positions. No Never!!!
