Hi im planning to start up a themed restaurant and i was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction to finding information regarding the start-up, thanks.

A good first step would be to do your research--begin to put together a business plan. You'll need to put your vision down on paper to make sure you've thought every aspect through. Here's a good site: http://www.nyc.gov/html/sbs/nycbiz/h...ting/get.shtml

With the research you will do on your own, you can tweak it for a UK context if need be.
