"Business partner wanted who understands African needs" could be the title of an ad.

So therefore clever wording could attract the person you want.

Obviously stick to mediums which black people use.

If you're searching in an area with few black people, then you will find it hard to attract the person you are looking for via traditional advertising.

Try other, more direct/ambient approaches, such as tojoin a business club with like minded individuals where you can make an approach. The Chambers of Commerce for example could be a start.

On a serious tip ive always thought about joining COC, as it could bring me in local business. How much does it cost andbesides meetings, what other things does it cover.

@athaba: I didn't even see this before. Have you tried your local borough for business networks? The neighbourhood renewal team in our area have a small busines network that meet every 3 months. If there's one in your area give them a call and go to their next meeting. I like Le Moor's response for an ad. I reckon word of mouthmay be better because in the time you are "networking" you can suss out if you will take to the person without them knowing If you approach direct no need to worry about equal ops etc.
