well my view on this isif you are a proffesional and you are just working for someone and youdon't have your own projects on the go in some shape or form somthing is wrong somewhere.
As a people we need to be striving for exelence if you are not already at that point andLooking for gapsin the market in your chosen proffesion andlookinginto ways to capitalise outof it.
The world is becoming an evenmore competitive place with the age of outsourceing of jobs to places like India etc. This is just the begining of things to come and we need to realise pretty soon it won't matter how many degrees you have because many folk will be getting laid off to give the work to Indians for a fraction of what they are paying you.
This is why these big companies world over are making such huge profits outsourceing has becomethe modern slavery of the 21st century.
I have always said as black men and women we need to network more and be looking into business from a global perspective. Particularly as we have the internet now and many of us have computers.
Make use of valuabe resources brothers and sisters this computer you have is a wounderful medium of comunication and making money with programs such as skype ,MSN ,Paltalk etc you can even do global business with folk overseas and keep your call costs low.
Take this forum for example we have brothes and sisters from USA, United kingdom, Caribean , Africa all over the world what's to say whatever your business is you cant start doinga bit of business networking.
