Dear Ray Watson - Head of People Policy - Office of Fair Trading,

Thank you for your letter dated 16 August 2007.


It would appear that you have taken scant regard for the serious problem of Institutional (Organised) Racism in the public and private services and the huge impact the problem has on the lives of Black and Non-white people.


No allegations or libellous comments have been made whatsoever as this is fundamentally an inquiry into the performance of the Race Equality Scheme in the Office of Fair Trading.


Every public service should be proud of its Race Equality/Diversity track record and keen to implement Race Equality Impact Assessments to ensure that Black and Non-white people are not being systematically abused. Every public service infested with White Supremacist Racist saboteurs will be ashamed of its Race Equality track record.


Given the apparent contempt with which you, Ray Watson have treated my requests for information about Race Equality performance in the Office of Fair Trading I have no choice but to suspect that:

1) you, Ray Watson are misrepresenting the Office of Fair Trading.

2) you, Ray Watson are a White Supremacist Racist Saboteur.

and/or

3) The Office of Fair Trading is a White Supremacist Racist infested organisation.


I cannot trust any further communications from you at this stage.

Please would you give me the name of your superior and forward a copy of all our communications to date to your superior.

An explanation is necessary as to why the Office of Fair Trading apparently has no Race Equality data for the years prior to 2007. Gross mismanagement of the Race Equality data at the Office of Fair Trading could have resulted in years of White Supremacist Racist decision making and rendered the Office of Fair Trading 'unfit for purpose'.

I need clarification and confirmation from a reliable source that is not you.
