We are looking for a full time Assistant Care Manager to join the Health and Disability Team, an experienced and friendly team of Social Workers / Care Managers, Occupational Therapy staff and a District Nurse/ Care Manager. We are all based at Surbiton Road, Kingston. The person appointed will have a key role in dealing with initial enquiries to the Team from members of the public and professional colleagues.
