Good it looks like the Housing Corporation is finally looking to emply some people classified as Black.

Dear Marianne Zierau - Information and Complaints Assistant,

Thank your for your letter dated 1 June 2007 Ref: MZ/FOIA/205.


Please would you arrange for the correct person to send me the answer to these specific questions. Please would you ensure that no Racist staff answer these questions as White Supremacist, Racist Terrorist staff will try to lump all these questions together in an attempt to confuse the situation.

These White Supremacist, Racist Terrorists are responsible for the systematic abuse of the non-white community and are the cause of incompetent administration, stress in the work place, misappropriation of housing funds, premature deaths, domestic violence and gun crime on the streets.

1. Are any of the Housing Corporation departments Institutionally Racist which is the same as White Supremacist?

2. How many of the Housing Corporation Departments have the correct number of Black and Minority Ethnic staff in Executuve, Directorship and Senior Management positions?

3. What checks are in place to ensure that staff in Housing Corporation Departments are not members of Racist organisations?

4. Please would you send me by post and email the latest performance results of the Housing Corporation Race Equality/Diversity Scheme.

5. Would you please send me the 16+1 Ethnic Classification statistics for all Housing Corporation Directorship, Executive and Senior Management.

I have looked at the Housing Corporation's website but I could not find any statistics about Black and Minority Ethnic representation at all levels of the organisation. Please would you send me this information.


Please would you advise who I should ask to get an answer to questions 1, 2, and 3. The questions are copied below in the previous corespondence for your convenience.

To the question and I quote:

The Housing Corporation answered and I quote:



"We do not believe any of the Housing Corporation's departments are institutionally racist."





Please would you forward the reasons but more importantly the evidence for this belief.



White Supremacist Racists in Directorship and Senior Management positions are dangerous and clever liars. That is why non-white people must make the effort to gather evidence before believing statements from suspect Racist organizations.





















To the question and I quote:



"2. How many of the Housing Corporation Departments have the correct number of Black and Minority Ethnic staff in Executive, Directorship and Senior Management positions? "



The Housing Corporation answered and I quote:



....the Corporation uses a bench mark figure of 20%. This figure is based on the 2001 census, local authority level data for relevant populations served and travel to work areas in which our offices as based. The Corporation monitors the ethnic diversity of its workforce and reports the figures to the Executive and Board on a quarterly basis. . . . . .



The Housing Corporation has Offices in:



London, Wolverhampton, Leicester, Cambridge, Leeds, Gateshead, Manachester, Croydon and Exeter."





I was unable to see from the reports you sent exactly how the
Employee Ethnicity Analysis - Senior Managers at 31 May 2007 and the
Employee Ethnicity Analysis - by department and grade at 31 May 2007 relates to areas mentioned above and how these figures have improved or got worse over time.



The internal Ethnicity codes need to be interpreted. I fully understand the Official 16+1 Ethnicity Classification codes but not the codes used for the Housing Corporation internal analysis.



The fact that there are no Black or Minority Ethnic people in Directorship positions in the Housing Corporation is a dangerous and disturbing state of affairs.



Please would you:



1. arrange the information so that myself and others can clearly see how the distribution of Black and Minority Ethnic people has changed over the last three (3) years at Chief Executive, Department CEO, Director, Function Head, Manager Specialist, Function Expert and Key Support levels with the future projections contained in the action plans.



2. Provide full details of the HC BME ADVISORY GROUP.



Thank you very much for your cooperation in this serious matter that will have and is having a huge impact on the lives of many people.
