We currently have a vacancy a for deputy manager within our residential and day care services for older people. You will have 4 years experience relating to the client group, including two years in a supervisory role. NVQ 3 in care (or equivalent) and the NVQ assessor award (A1/ D32 &33) are essential, as is the ability and incentive to achieve the NVQ 4 Management/ Care and the Internal Verifier award (V1).
