...a very poor substitute for

1. none-achievement

2. lack of facts

3. absence of historical/archaeological proof!

Try to free someone from the mentally deficient concepts -listed below- that make absolutely no common sense:

Santa Claus
Jesus, The Christ
Easter
Easter Bunny
Christmas

&

You get war...
You get rebuke...
You get shunned...

However, you will never get:

facts
proof

...nor

historical/rchaeological evidence that

...Jesus, The Christ ever existed according to the biblical interpretation.

...Christmas is a real day to celebration anything, especially the birth of a fictional character that never existed.

...Easter is the day Jesus, The Christ supposedly arose from the dead.

ahahahahahah....couldn't help responding this time to ya on the christian perspective...but that is only if by belief you are talking about christians..

ya see belief does nothing for christians but get us into the dance....it takes faith for us to be a part of the partying...

er...you do know that their is a difference don't cha...?

nothing too much wrong with believing in a thing either...if ya work, ya do it believing that ya boss will pay you a week or two later....ya have sex with ya mate believing that ya mate will like it....ya love and cherish ya children believing that they will grow up and get rich...

believing not so bad...every day ya believe that a car won't crash into ya when ya on de freeway....

Cool what one believes... - 02-12-08, 10:28 AM

or holds as truth is the driving force behind everyone's behavior.

The fact that you are mentally and emotionally stuck on European folklore and fables is, of course, the caveat behind your behavior,

sorry fine, but i believe a lot of stuff...i believe you have been taken in....that does not drive my behavior in the lease.

i believe that Silver Star has some good bar b que but it does not drive my behavior....

now then again there are things that i do believe that i allow to guide my behavior...and that is the Truth, the Word of God...all else falls behind that....you can call it what you may: myth, brainwash, hogwash, what ever you choose....

you can call me a fool, dunce it matters not because you don't have the final say in my life, you and others can only persuade me if i allow....i have believed sweet sounding lies, gone off on tangems, followed whims and the lot....

i am experienced by trial my sister....i have never been a follower or easily persuaded....i have always questioned and always will...

There is none like unto God fine, in all the earth and heavens....He alone is worthy of all the honor and glory...He is King of Kings and Lord of Lords....

and ms fine, folklore is folklore, there be all kinds: English folklore, danish folklore, texas folklore, Zambian folklore, kidish folklore, every flavor in the word has it fine...

but i have something on the inside of me that alerts me to what is true and false...i then make the choice to be lead or drawn to it or to avoid it....

i am never driven fine, when the smell of the bar b q calls if i want it i get it....
