there was an article i read recently about the feact that islam is one of the fastest growing religions in the usa, with a lot of people converting even after 9/11.

my question to u is have u or would u ever consider converting to islam??

if so why or why not??

Thank you sis sooofresh, Islam doesnt believe in attacking anyone, in islam your only allowed to defend yourself. As for the blowing up , No suicide is STRICLY prohibited in islam. The palestinians are a suffering people in the mid-east. I dont know why people stereotype islam so much , some christians who do that , i say to them Okay , Well can i stereotype christianity , they say how ?

I say "Okay im from Bosnia , where 250,000 muslims were killed by Serb christians , should i say christianity is a violant religion?"

They become quite , but i tell them that i wont do that , becuase i dont judge a relgion by its followers but by the teachings and Both christianity and islam preach peace , love and tolerance.

hi, just a note to say i think its ironic that we r having this conversation in the week that ronald reagan died probably the president who did more than other to try and promote islamic fundamentalism in order to try and defeat communism.

now communism is gone well ofcourse its a different story.

once again we are all pawns in another mans game.

well personally i say &*^% that, ill make my own decions up thank u very much.

well r u telling me rape doesnt occur outside the muslim communities.i seem to remember an article about honour killings in a sikh family a while ago.

what about the issue of killing of widows in the hindu community or the murder of infant daughters in communist china.

i hadnt heard about this problem in derby care to expand.

It was about 7 or 8 years back, they were handing out letters saying that they wanted blacks out of Normaington in Derby because they said we all dealt drugs, and are pimps etc, etc. It didn't go down to well.

okay okay point taken! its obviousPeacemaker (ironic name ha!)hasislamphobia, but i am not going to waste time and explain the difference between culture and religion. Ppl do use religion to commit horrific acts but are we talking about islam as a religion or muslim criminals.
