My appetite will only be satisfied if I can find where she/he actually READ the bible instead of believing in some televangelist concept of fire jumping into ones chest.

Hell, people claim that alien abductions have changed thier lives also....but they have little solid reasoning or evidence to back up thier beliefs.




Now if someone wants to change from being a Muslim to a Christian...I wouldn't hate them or condemn them. That's between them and the Creator.

I just don't like when people do it for the wrong reasons and are CONNED & BRIBED into being Christians.

These missionaries go down into Asian and African countries bringing food and medicine along with thier false religion and force the people to choose between basic needs with Christ...or starvation.

Speaking in Tongues mentioned in the book of Acts simply meant speaking different languages.

..actually the Quran is much more straightforward and easier to follow. the religion of islam does make "wordly" sense as it is followed in the world and therefore is easy for man to understand, according to you christianity does not, so maybe you should convert to Islam too. At least youd have a religion that makes sense to you!! Of course you can compare truth and false. the Quran is true, the bible and christianity has many falsehoods and errors.

..contrary to popoular opinion, Osama Bin Laden is not even close to the best example of a muslim. However, the Quran contains many rules and regulations to be followed. hadiths are the stories which use examples of the rules in use, and explain some of the rules. Hadiths are similar to the bible in that they are works of man. a muslim should follow all the rules of the Quran, but it is not following all the rules that makes him a muslim, no man is perfect. contrastingly, many christianity follow none of the bible rules and disregard them all. in fact they make up there own rules, such as jesus is a god, mary is the mother of god, its ok not to wear a veil or eat pork, gays are acceptable... even as priests, priests, bishops and popes have divinity... etc, etc, etc....

Surah 2 Al-baqarah

Then woe to those who write the book with their own hands and then say, 'this is from Allah,' to purchase with it a little price! woe to them for what their hands have

written and woe to them for that they earn thereby.

This verse reminds u of the so-called priests u see on the god channel, trying to make money out of gullible christians and the missonaries with their soup kitchens and bread and wine, astagfirullah.

Surah 5 Al Ma 'idah

O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Auliya (friends, protectors and helpers), they are but Auliya of each other. And if any amongst you takes them (as auliya) then surely, he is one of them. Verily Allah guides not those people who are the Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoers and unjust).

In this verse, a Muslimis clearly instructed never to befriend a Christian or a Jew. Because if they take a Christian or a Jew as a friend, they will commit a wrong deed and Allah's wrath will be on them.

so if the reverts or born Muslims or anyone else doesn't follow Islam, it is to his own loss, and he shouldn't complain about the obstacles and problems that come his way, cos like the Prophet (saw) and his companion, they were tested, and so will he be tested.

I don't think its right to backbite about Osama bin Laden, if you are Muslim, cos he at least sacrificed something for Allah(swt), what the hell have we done for Islam living in Europe.

My opinion is that Osama Bin Laden is not an example of a good muslim. he comes from a rich family that has links and dealings withthe US government. he previously worked for and done deals for the US government, and he trained muslims fighters to do the work of the US government against the russians. Now he has turned against the US government and strikes against them. The quran tells us that if we do not like a country then to leave it, not to blow it up. furthermore he did not live in america so why is he starting a war by striking them. Why is he training fighters (muslims) to kill themselves in planes by flying into buildings. The Quran does not tell us to commit suicide, even in war. Osama Bin Laden has the blood of many on his hands, while he uses his riches and power to escape the authorities and live like a king in hiding. No, OBL is not a good example of a muslim, and he has the blood of many muslims and innocents on his hands.

If you think it is not right to judge OBL to be wrong, then you also should not judge him to be right. However, if it is wrong then it it not un-islamic to say so:

If OBL didnt send the 19 hijackers then he should say so, instead of allowing his name to be linked to atrocities and releasing speeches that impllies that he did. Furthermore, OBL worked for and was paid by USA for many years, so he himself therefore helped the Kufr land to gain power. i do not say there are not perfect muslims in USA, there is probably not alot of perfect muslims in alot of countries, which is why we pray to be kept on the straight path. However, it is reasonable to assume that alot of these muslims in USA work for USA to survive and feed their families. It is also reasonable to assume that a rich man like OBL did not need to work for the US government to feed his family, but did it for power and profit. Therefore it is not not reasonable to compare ordinarary muslims in USA to OBL. It is these people i am feeling sorry for and not USA. The muslims of USA and the innocents of USA killed in the WTC bombing deserve compassion, the suicide bombers do not. Whoever sent them deserves condemnation for not valuing the lives of their fighters, the lives of muslims and the lives of innocent people. The Quran is against suicide, against killing innocents and against the squandering of life. If they wanted to destroy the WTC without transgressing Islam, then they should have done it when it was closed and empty, and not at 9:30 am in the morning when it was full.

Verily, The worst of moving (living) creatures before Allâh are those who disbelieve , - so they shall not believe8:55
So how can they be innocent?The Muslim Ummah is like a single body so how can we not feel the pain when our body parts are being wonded?







As for those who say that the people inside the Twin towers were ‘innocent’, Sheikh Hammod had this stark warning:
"Whoever says that there are 'innocent victims' without any differentiation between their categories, must accept that he is accusing the Prophet (SAWS) and the Companions and those after them that they killed ‘innocent victims’, according to them! That is because the Prophet (SAWS) used the Catapult in his war against Ta'if, and it is the nature of the Catapult that it does not differentiate between its victims."
We should be more careful in ensuring our speech is in keeping with Islam, rather than pleasing the disbelievers, otherwise we may find ourselves propagating the propaganda of the enemies of Allah.
Furthermore, how dare these 'Modern' Muslims call all those who worked in the World Trade Center "innocent victims"? Have these people no shame, do they not see that the money generated by the World Trade Center bought the bullets that shredded 10 year old Maria Abu Sarees whilst she was playing in her bedroom? Do they not see that the WTC financed the tank that repeatedly drove over the face of 14 year old Anwar Hamdona crushing it and severing his friend's, Ismail Abu Nadi's body in half; and donated the F-16 fighter jets and Apache helicopter Gunships which mercilessly rain down missiles on Palestine? Are these 'Modern' Muslims blind to this? Are they blind to the undeniable fact that over the past fifty years the U.S. has given Israel $94,966,300,000 to pursue its policy of exterminating the Palestinians. This aid is given with the full blessing of the ‘democratic’ American people, who have ‘democratically’ elected their Government, who not only support Israeli policy towards the Palestinians but ardently support it! Let us, for a moment, place to one side America's killing of Iraqis, Sudanese, Somalis and Libyans to name but a few, and focus on this staggering figure of military aid. Is this $94,966,300,000 not enough of a reason for the Mujahideen to fight America? No it is not. Rather it is 94,966,300,000 reasons to fight America.
Now, not content with killing an Iraqi child every seven minutes, the vultures have gathered once again to feast on Iraq. The attacks on September 11 2001, which saw the WTC turned to rubble and destroyed an entire section of the Pentagon, were the single most courageous and momentous act of Modern History, sending shockwaves throughout the World, which are still palpable today. Without doubt, it was the defining moment in the battle between those who wish to destroy Islam and those who wish to make the Name of Allah Most High.
One of the explanations of the Quranic verse [3:169] in which Allah says that the shuhadaa (martyrs) are not dead, is that as well as their souls being inside the hearts of green birds, they are alive because the shaheed (martyr) gives life to those around him. Indeed evidence of this is apparent throughout the Ummah today. Since 9/11 we have been witness to a revitalization within this Ummah. Whilst before the 'boys' who would once spend their Saturday nights dancing and chatting up the ladies in clubs and bars throughout the world, only to stroll home in the early hours of Sunday morning with a pounding headache, those same 'boys' are now spending Saturday nights alone, weeping before Allah, begging for forgiveness for their past sins. These 'boys' have sensed an awakening within themselves which has hit them like a bolt of lightning. They are finally beginning to ask questions. They are finally beginning to think. They are finally beginning to live. For them, neither all the pleasures of the World; nor the sexiest woman, nor the fastest car, nor the fattest bank balance, nor the best kick nor thrill, nothing can match the sweetness of Iman. Truly Iman is the sweetest of summer breezes.
"So let not their wealth or their children amaze you (O Muhammad Peace and blessings be upon him); in reality Allah's Plan is to punish them with these things in the life of this world, and that their souls shall depart (die) while they are disbelievers" [Quran 9:55]
When the Mujahideen, with the Help of Allah, obliterated the Soviet Union, the USA was left as the World's only Superpower, and rather than use this position to bring peace and security to the world, she chose to step up her exploitation and plunder of the developing and Muslim nations in a callous self-serving colonial expansion. Over the past 50 years the USA has bombed: Japan (1945-46, 1950-53), Korea (1950-53), Guatemala (1954, 1967-69), Indonesia (1958), Cuba (1959-60), the Belgian Congo (1964), Peru (1965), Laos (1964-73), Vietnam (1961-73), Cambodia (1969-70), Grenada (1983), Libya (1986), El Salvador (1980s), Nicaragua (1980s), Panama (1989), Bosnia (1995), Sudan (1998), Yugoslavia (1999), Philippines (2001), Yemen (2001), Iraq (1991-Today), Afghanistan (2001 - Today). So this nation is the defender of Freedom, a vanguard of peace?
There is no doubt that this Evil Empire imposes her sadistic will by wielding her considerable financial and thereafter military prowess. The Mujahideen understood this, and which is why they attacked both the icon of American Capitalism and the symbol of American Military supremacy.
The Mujahideen operation had a myriad of accomplishments and managed to inflict the heaviest defeat the Americans have ever suffered in their brutal and oppressive history. Perhaps amongst the most notable triumphs was the financial damage, with some trillions of dollars worth of damage. The attacks smashed confidence within the corporate world, sending a financial firestorm through it, burning down Enron (once the darling of the executive club, a role model for up and coming companies, it is now bankrupt and at the center of a criminal investigation); Anderson (described as the getaway vehicle in the bank robbery); Worldcom (which had inflated its profits by $3.8 Billion between January 2001 and March 2002); Adelphia Communications (previously the sixth largest American cable company, it filed for bankruptcy on 15 June 2002); photocopy giant Xerox recently fined the largest amount in SEC history for overstating its profits by almost $3 Billion); Global Crossing (previously one of the brightest sparks in the hi-tech firmament but on 28th January 2002 filed for bankruptcy); not to forget the Investment Bank, Merrill Lynch who struck a shady deal with New York Attorney General Eliot Spitzer, agreeing to pay a $100 million fine, but not having to admit to any wrong doing. These are just a few examples from the catalogue of casualties resulting in the World’s three largest economies, the US, Japan and Germany either now being in or teetering on the brink of recession, with patent signs that things are about to go from bad to considerably worse. In the words of Dr. Sheikh Ayman Al-Zawahiri:
"The bleeding continues even today and only Allah knows how long it will continue for."
The modern economy is built on confidence; the attacks on Wall Street placed a magnifying glass on balance sheets, looking for hidden liabilities, disguised debts, or anything that hinted that a company may have trouble weathering a storm. For in the minds of those who were present in New York that historic day, and those who watched it on television with glazed eyes, there was no doubt that men with impenetrable belief, and impeccable character had arrived: Their hearts trembled in fear that more were on their way.
"O Prophet (Muhammad Peace and blessings be upon him)! Urge the believers to fight. If there are twenty steadfast persons amongst you, they will overcome two hundred, and if there be a hundred steadfast persons they will overcome a thousand of those who disbelieve, because they (the disbelievers) are people who do not understand." [Quran 8:65]
The World stood aghast, frozen in panic. What had once appeared to some as an impenetrable, invincible Deity had been shattered. The events following 9/11 have lifted the veil of deceit and exposed America's true colours as the land of fear, injustice, corruption and evil. Where has the American dream gone? Now reality has traumatized them, no longer can these people profit from plundering and raping our lands, whilst claiming the higher moral ground for themselves. Smiling for the camera in orchestrated charity events whilst all the while starving one million children to death. The lies have finally been exposed, and the truth is now clear from the falsehood.
So where is the 'great' USA now? Where is the tyrant of the past century? Where is this Superpower 'Modern' Muslims quiver at the thought of? Did not the 19 Mujahideen attest to the strength of a few armed with Iman against the many armed with disbelief? Did not this handful of a handful, annihilate not only the CIA, but the NSA, FBI, US Army, US Navy, US Marine Corps, US Air Force, Navy Seals and Delta Force? Did not the Mujahideen, financed by comparatively nickels and cents, overcome the hundreds of billions of dollars spent by the US Government on defense? Did not these 19 Mujahideen manage to enter, live, train and learn to fly a plane within the Lion's Den? If after all this how can the Muslims fail to see the Help of Allah?
The US and her allies are little more than a House of Cards. Impressive at a distance, feeble upon closer inspection. Their hearts are trembling, the ground beneath them is shaking; they can sense it: There is a rumble of rage in the Ummah. It is a delicate faint hush, yet it is there. A palpable rage. Dark clouds lie overhead. This rumble is gathering slowly yet assuredly, promising to raise into a deafening crescendo. With the Help of Allah this tempest will soon not only topple the House of Cards, but obliterate any remnants of its existence.
Their names and sacrifices have been forgotten by the Muslims, but when, and not if, the Call to Prayer bellows through the cities of New York, London and Sydney, and the people worship none other than Allah, will then the Muslims remember the 19 Martyrs? When the chronicles of Islam are written, when the World is ruled by the Book of Allah, when on Friday save the sermon from the Leader of the Believers, silence fills the World, perhaps only then will we realize that on September 11 2001, these 19 Martyrs changed the course of History, and turned the tides of Time. Will it be only then that the Muslims will teach their children the courage of the 19 Martyrs? By Allah, to forget the sacrifice of the 19 Martyrs on September 11, is to be robbed of one of the greatest days in Islamic History, and to allow the memories of the 19 Martyrs to fade into oblivion is one of the greatest crimes against the Jihad. In the words of Shaheed Dr. Sheikh Abdullah Azzam (may Allah have mercy on him):
[align=justify]"Islamic History is not written except with the blood of the Shuhadaa (Martyrs), except with stories of the Shuhadaa and except with the likes of the Shuhadaa."
[align=justify]Let it be known in the Heavens and Earth that on Tuesday September 11, 2001, these 19 Lions of Islam: Roared.
[align=justify]"Verily, Allah has purchased of the believers their lives and their properties for (the price) that theirs shall be the Paradise. They fight in Allah's Cause, so they kill (others) and are killed. It is a promise in truth which is binding on Him in the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel) and the Qur'an. And who is truer to his Covenant then Allah? Then rejoice in the bargain which you have concluded. That is the supreme success." [Quran 9:111]
