I'm not a religious person and i don't know much about the bibical history of jews/israelites/hebrews or whatever. so forgive if thise question seems general or doesn't make sense.

Since the only jews you see nowadays are mostly white and/or white europeans, are the original people of the semitics? because i don't see many black jews, because i have heard they don't exist unless they convert to judaism. can someone please exaplain to me how are whites the only ones you see as jews.confused3

The reason we only see white as jews is becaue in the US in 1890 US were becomin a multi cultural contry they were alowwin people from different countries get in and isralians got in. And everyone knows that if a human is born in a contry where there is to much heat he will be born dark if the human is brom in a very cold country he will be born light so isrealins grand sons and duaghter where born in the USA plus some of them married originally american people (white americans) and thats why most of them are white.

The Jews and the Children of Israel are 2 differnt groups.

Let me give you a brief overview of history....



The Children of Israel were a clan of brown skinned Hebrews who migrated out of Sumeria and settled in Palestine, then Egypt, then back to Palestine again.

There kingdome was busted up when the Assyrians and Chaldeans attacked Jersusalem and enslaved most of them splitting them up.

Some went down into Africa (Ethiopia) where their descendants primarily converted to Christianity and Islam whilst mixing in with the indigenous populations of black Africans.

You know them today as Ethiopians, Eritrians, and Somalis.

These Africans have wavey hair and look mixed because they are primarily a mixture of the ancient Hebrews and native black Africans.




A Jew (Yahud) however, is anyone who practices the religion of Judaism.

Judaism was a religion developed in Babylon by Persians and Chaldeans who accepted and corrupted some of the teachings and laws of Moses and other Hebrew scripture.

When some of the Children of Israel were taken to Babylon as slaves, they were mixed in with other races and many people converted to their religion.

Because these Persians and Chaldeans weren't ethnically Hebrew, they came up with the name Jew to describe anyone of any race who accepts the laws of Moses and practices the religion of Judaism.

Then about 1000 years later a group of white Russians known as Khazars converted in mass to the religion of Judaism to avoid slavery by the Muslims.

They too began calling themselves Jews, but they call themselves "Askenazi Jews" to distinguish themselves from the other darker Jews from Asia.

Boy this thread is old, I thought it was new lol. There are black Israelites but they are different from black Jewish converts to White Judism. The White Jews your refering too believe they are the real bloodline decendents of the Hebrews. They believe that blacks are Hamites and the only blacks that are true Jews are blacks that have convertedor the Falasian Hebrews in Ethiopia due to Menelik.

Black Israelites believe they are the real hebrews and that the white Jews are Edomites and Africans in africa are Hamites. Black converts to white Judism believe whites are the real Jews and except that they aregentile converts and not of the Jewish bloodline.

You mainly see white Jews today because they have established it more as a religion then just a blood lineage. They have made it so that even if you don't have the birth right you can convert and be a jew at heart, as they would say. The Black Israelites exist but a very small group compared to white jewish groups. White Jews nowadays are seen as the real jews or normal by most of society even christians but black israelites are deemed extremists and racist by most of society.
