Jer. 17:5-8

[suP]5[/suP] Thus says the LORD: "Cursed is the man who trusts in man and makes flesh his arm, whose heart turns away from the LORD. [suP]6[/suP] He is like a shrub in the desert, and shall not see any good come. He shall dwell in the parched places of the wilderness, in an uninhabited salt land. [suP]7[/suP] "Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, whose trust is the LORD. [suP]8[/suP]

Therfore, God helps those who place their trust in Him and like time some things cannot be rushed.

However, I think people sometimes fail to realize that sometimesthey can do on their own without God's intervention only a little motivation and change of mentality and they can help themselves with simple solutions.

P.S. It also reminds me of the scene from Bruce Almghty (Jim Carey & Morgan Freeman). When he attempts to organize all the prayers and then finds out that was for only a few blocks of NY City.

Makes you think how many people over the world are praying and requesting for an answer.
