Hotep (Peace),
In the Holy Bible/Helios Biblios/Sun Book, the Children of Israel are promised an Exodus, from bondage, into a Land of Milk and Honey. Why milk and why honey? A wise person wouldn't consume milk beyond the age of 2. That's because you begin to lose the internal enzyme, lactase, that's necessary to breakdown milk sugar (lactose).
A wise person wouldn't consume honey. This is because when it's manufactured from the nectar picked up from the flowers by bees, it gets predigested, vomited and stored (by the bee) for their own future use with a preservative added.
Just as with alcohol, honey, being predigested, enters the blood directly, raising the sugar content very rapidly above normal. To correct this, the pancreas must produce insulin immediately or possible death can occur. More insulin than necessary is likely to be produced, and the blood sugar level then drops below normal. This can produce blackout spells and even death if it goes to low. When blood sugar is below normal, a person will feel depressed. The regular use of honey can create constant imbalances which in turn will adversely affect the normal function of the liver, pancreas and spleen. Hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia are the results of the use of unbalanced sugars.
Based on those facts, we should look for the symbolism/allegory behind milk and honey. Well, we must consider the fact that this allegory includes bondage. Also, consider the saying that as a person thinketh so are they. By applying that saying to this equation, we get that if you're thinking (mind) is in bondage, then so are you i.e. our physical condition reflects our mental condition. That leads us to the two glands of the brain (pineal and pituitary), which both have a profound impact on our thinking.
The pituitary and pineal glands, both, secrete fluids. There is a specific fluid that pituitary secretes and a specific fluid that the pineal secretes, that relate to the Biblical Exodus. The pituitary Gland secretes a yellowish/gold fluid (symbolism of the honey), and the Pineal gland secretes a white fluid (symbolism of the milk). When these two fluids meet, something interesting happens; there is a flash of light that develops so bright that the Third-Eye/Face of God (Genesis 32:30)/our Deliverer is opened.
