I am interested in meeting others out on the internet that are also members of the Order of Dagon. As we all know we are all children of Father Dagon and Mother Hydra and I am sure that there are many out there that I can converse with to have wonderous relationships with.

Come on now, don't laugh at my religion, I'm not here to cause strife, I'm here to fellowship with other followers of Dagon. Now I know that they must be out there somewhere, come on people! Interestingly enough, yes and no. A little of what is on that page is fiction, perpetrated by the masses to discredit my good religion. All of the stuff at the bottom about the continuation of the Dagon religion being works of fiction isn't true. H. P. Lovecraft witnessed several of our services as a spy into our somewhat secretive religion and being the misguided person that he was, tried to change some of the facts around to make it look like we were savages. THIS IS NOT TRUE!

We are simply waiting for the time when Father Dagon calls us back into the sea so that we can worship with him at the foot of the Great Cthulhu! IA! IA!

As far as us looking like fish people, well don't believe the hype, how could we function in normal society with large bulbous eyes and whatnot? While it is true that we have been described as having "that innsmouth look" it's certianly not fishlike.

Well, yes... The Sea, that's where Y’ha–nthlei is. One day Father Dagon will call us back to the sea, we don't know when, but one day. I know it may sound strange to you, but really we take this very seriously.

When captain Obed Marsh came back from the south pacific in his travels he told us of Dagon and showed us how if we give sacrifices to him that we'll be blessed. Then he showed us. Dagon blessed us with an abundant amount of fish so that it is now the main export here in innsmouth. So now we must worship in order to make our livelyhood.

But rest assured Dagon will call us back. Is this that hard to believe? I know it may sound strange to one who has not seen the miracles of Dagon, but I know my faith.

As it says in the Ponape Scripture "We shall swim out to that brooding reef in the sea and dive down through black abysses to Cyclopean and many–columned Y’ha–nthlei, and in that lair of the Deep Ones we shall dwell amidst wonder and glory forever."

Well, I will attempt to address each of your questions thoroughly.

Sacrifices can be anything that one feels is more important than dagon but ultimatly is impotent or irrelevent in the greater scheme of things. However Dagon does have his favorite sacrifices.

Miracles of Dagon are as I said earlier that he blesses us with abundant fish to provide as our major export, also many times golden items are delivered from the sea to us so that we may continue on with our way of living.

Rest assured, we will not drown when we go down to Y’ha–nthlei our path has allready been chosen for us.
