Develope your three higher senses:

Psychometry, Intuition, and Telepathy.

Psychometry: Able to tell whether a thing has negative or positive energy pertaining to you at least.

Intuition: Having visions of the near future that pertains to you at least.

Telepathy: Able to receive and read others thoughts.

SOME DONT HAVE ACCESS TO THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO SELFISH AND USE IT NEGATIVELY. I AGREE WITH THAT.

AND THERE ARE SOME SUCH AS MOST PSYCHICS AS THERE ARE CALLED THAT USE IT NEGATIVELY BY CHARGING MONEY FOR THEM TO SAY WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR. LOL.

THEY ALSO USE GOOD PSYCHOLOGY APPARENTLY BY THE WAY THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF.

My personal belief is that the reason most people are not able to use their gift of Intuition or sixth sense is
due to the chemicals(process food, alcohol,etc)we put in our body,and stress. We all know how a poor diet can cause
us health problems. This along with stress has not only a effect on us physically but mentally causing our minds to
not to function properly. I notice that when I'm under stess or sick my natural psychic ability is weak,but when I'm strong
physically and mentally,it's also strong. I agree with what Sit al-Banal said about self control being the key. Karate and
other martial arts does give you this self control if you are doing it for positive reasons. meditation also help you
clear negitive energy from your mind(and body).

Most people rely on the five senses because they are caught up in their emotions which deals with among other things ego, pride, addictions. They are stuck in a cycle. The more you get away from that cycle the more godly you will become.

The more you work at it the better you become at it. One good key thing about it is the better you become leaving the cycle. Or Icould sayif you were to leave it completely then you will be able to go and go back at will.

The possibilities are enormous.

ancedote: several years ago, i was driving down a busy highway, in a near brandnew company minivan, which was packed with people that i had taken to a training. i got a feeling that i should break hard and get over. problem? i was in the fast lane and the highway was packed. there was a shoulder on the left hand side, but its obviously for serious problems. everyone was doing well over 70MPH on a dangerous stretch of highway, in the middle rushhour traffic. logic said "thats stupid. you are gonna cause an accident, or worst yet, everyone in the car is going to look at you like an idiot when you cant explain why you are doing this."

well i decided to do it anyway. about five seconds into pulling on the left shoulder and dropping my speed, the engine cut off, the power steering went out, the power brakes got mushy and the car was just slow enough that i didnt lose entire control of it as i tried to force it stop in a straight line. if i had kept driving and the engine had cut off at full speed, we would have lose control, spun into the other cars and probably died and took a lot of other people with us as well.

everyone asked me, "how did you know to stop?" - i replied, "who cares. just be glad that i did." no one laughed when they realized they were alive. no one called me weird. in fact i could have sworn a few people said a prayer of thanks.

in the end i recognize that what happened to me was an "emergency message of the broadcast system" or what we call in Orisa worship, a conversation with the ORI or spiritual intutition. the Ori also governs ones spiritual destiny, and tells us when we are leading towards or away from it at any given moment. My Ori evidently didnt want me to die or contribute to the death of others that day.

lesson: respect, master and use your spiritual gifts. & dont worry about what other people think about it. they will be thanking you (and God) later.

Some Gifts that are within the reach anyone with serious discipline, that is not motivated by greed, of sound mind, and willing to dedicate a lifetime or more:

Ability to turn ordinary resources into spiritual tools

Ability to suspend or defy natural laws
Ability to travel out of body, out of mind

sages of the past have said, 'to gain control of your self you need to sleep little, eat little, talk little, and isolate yourself.'

All above things are very difficult to achieve in western society.

If you do not talk alot you will not make an impression (something a majority of people are desperate to do) Desperate to be liked by others

We cannot control how much we eat due to our mere selfishness. You only need to look at obessity figures (not that i am saying everyfatrson lacks self control).

If you isolate yourself you will be called anti social(how many of us are forced to attend work functions with peopl;e we do not really like) All this merely does is it increases hypocrisy and stops us being honest with our feelings and confronting them. Mixing with the wrong crowd will always you down.

You seen an immature self/ego is like a little child always desperate to impress always desperate to be a centre of attention. The more self control you have the more mature you are and the more honest you can be.

It is a struggle between the denser materialistic world and the higher spiritual world.

In islam the above are achieved through ritual and voluntary fasting, prayer, giving away of a portion of your wealth to the needy and any aspects of self sacrifice.

We worship one God the all too powerful God whom we submit all that we have to his Power and through his Blessings we are able to develop. AndHe is the best giver of gifts material and spiritual.

This is elite staff it is no wonder that throughout generations very few have succeeded and ofcourse we also get alot of pretenders. Those who have achieved say it is an opening of vision to another world, World of beings made of light of forms beyond human imagination. And much more
