the destinctions that you draw between meditation and prayer are very correct. prayer is a very elementary and base level task, which is incomplete in itself as a lifelong tool. Meditation is an advancement in spiritual science. And there are levels beyond this.

AS ELEMENTARY AS PRAYER SEEMS, THAT ELEMENTARY ELEMENT WILL KEEP ALOT OF PEOPLE FROM SEEING GOD'S FACE BY FORSAKING IT, I DELIGHT IN PRAYING ITS NOT JUST ABOUT ASKING ITS ABOUT THANKS AND WORSHIP, AND BLESSING GOD, NOT ALWAYS ASKING FOR THINGS, I ASK FOR WHAT I NEED THEN I THANK AFTER THAT I DONT ASK AGAIN, I THANK HIM FOR IT, AS IF IT IS DONE,



IN MEDITATION, I MEDITATE IN THE WORD, AND MEDITATE ON THE WORD, BUT ALL THAT BREATHING AND STRECTHING AND YOGA AND STUFF ISNT A GATE WAY TO GOD SO ID RATHER PRAY............PEACE

i have gained insight...like birds jumping branch to branch not "thinking" but just doing.
i also would say my art is effected by my meditations.
my music,my photography,my graphic design
even other people are effected by it.
when you tap in your energies are inspirational
you feed the good vibes and effect the all.
