I have never heard of anything that the pope does to get some much good recognition. The media doesnt say for what I can see. All they show is him walking with a stick or reciting prayers. Somebody please help me.

I just want help within this thread in everything that I have asked in this thread. Thats all LOL
But I agree books are definately more helpful than the media. The media will lead you the wrong way. I definately know that.
But thats not what I was trying to get at with this. If the media is SUPPOSED to give us some sort of truth thats going on in the world and it definately gives the pople a good light and recognition. Then why hasnt it shown just exactly what the pope does to deserve this good recognition?

Well the Roman Catholic church is and always has been corrupt and past popes conquered nations, started wars and ruled like any other dictator. Now, the popes just travels andspeaks at different places because the dirt has already been done. Especially since you have Bush personifying what a mason truely is trying to take over the world, The pope doesn't have to do much. They probably be having secret meetings and all kinds of nasty sexual rituals and orgies since I know how the romans use to get down. You can tell by all these gay priest molesting little boys.
To believe is to have doubt and no facts but to know is to have facts and no doubt.

Interesting thoughts.
But does the pope really go around speaking. It seems like he has trouble getting a word or sentence out more or less a whole speech. How can he be a good speaker?
Can anybody who ever heard him do a whole speech shed some light?
I wondering even if thats not a clone of the same pope 200 years ago. I dont think it would be racist if I say they all seem to talk and look alike.
And clones do very much exist. People clones and clones of body parts exist.

Boy, like LadyDay and the congregation she attends, we hold the same views on the pope. Don't know what he's there for and don't care more than such. If he came to our church, we'd tell him he needs to be baptised and repent of his sins like the rest of us and await the Holy ghost.
Don't concern yourself with that cult.
We could change the world, If God would give us the source code.

Okay I used to be Catholic until I turned in my religion card, so maybe I can help you out.
The Pope theoritically is the leader of the Roman Catholic church. As a leader, it is his duty to determine how Catholics should live their lives as well as how all Roman Catholic churches should funtion. Catholics look to the Pope to tell them whether they should support gay marriage, capital punishment, sex before marriage, female priests, etc. He helps to determine who should be canonized as a saint, which priests should be promoted to the position of cardinals, and how much money Catholics should set aside for the church. He basically has in hand in almost everything that the Catholic church does. He's kind of like the President of a country.

None of them duties are all that physically demanding. He must be a really spiritual person in deep thought. Of course spiritual can be looked upon as good or really, really evil.
