The relationship Between Jesus and Islam! Can islam be the antichrist?

This is from something i posted in another topic, But i feel that this important issue due to what is going in the world right know i feel that some christians have been mislead into believing that muslims are the antichrist. Therefore i want to examine the true relationship between islam and Jesus adn his disciples.

There is a Sign for you in that if you are believers. I come confirming the Torah I find already there, and to make lawful for you some of what was previously forbidden to you. I have brought you a Sign from your Lord. So have fear of Allah and obey me. Allah is my Lord and your Lord so worship Him. That is a straight path.' When 'Isa sensed disbelief on their part, he said, 'Who will be my helpers to Allah?' The disciples said, 'We are Allah's helpers. We believe in Allah. Bear witness that we are Muslims. Our Lord, we believe in what You have sent down and have followed the Messenger, so write us down among the witnesses.' They plotted and Allah plotted. But Allah is the best of plotters. When Allah said, ''Isa, I will take you back and raise you up to Me and purify you of those who disbelieve. And I will place the people who follow you above those who disbelieve until the Day of Rising. Then you will all return to Me, and I will judge between you regarding the things about which you differed.' (3:45-55)

You who believe! Be helpers of Allah as 'Isa son of Maryam said to the Disciples, 'Who will be my helpers to Allah?' The Disciples said, 'We will be the helpers of Allah.' One faction of the tribe of Israel believed and the other disbelieved. So We supported those who believed against their enemy and they became victorious. (61:14)

According to John where Jesus says to the Israelites: "You are determined to kill me, a man who has told you the truth that I heard from God" (John 8:40).

Jesus himself is recorded in the Gospel of John to have said, "I can do nothing of my own authority" (5:30).

In the Bible we read "God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?", Numbers 23:19

Luke 6:12: "And it came to pass in those days, that he went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God."

"Behold my servant whom I have chosen." (Matthew 12:18 In this passage God calls Jesus His servant

Praying from dawn to evening, as mentioned in Psalms (113:3)

â€œFrom the rising of the sun unto the going down of the same, the Lord's name is to be praised.â€?

Offering the prayers at specified times of day, as did Peter and John, the disciples of Jesus:

â€œNow Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer. being the ninth hour (3 pm).â€? Acts (3:1)
This was equivalent of the Muslims' afternoon (Asr) prayer.

Making ablution before offering prayers:

â€œAnd Moses and Aaron and his sons washed their hands and their feet thereat: when they went into the tent of the congregation, and when came near unto the altar, they washed; as the Lord commanded Moses.â€? Exodus ( 40:31-32)

Taking off shoes while entering the mosque, as God commanded Moses:

â€œAnd he said, draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet; for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground.â€? Exodus (3:5)

Calling the temple of God â€œthe house of prayerâ€? ["Masjid" in Arabic], as Jesus did: Matthew (21:13):

â€œand said unto them, it is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer.â€?

Some ISLAMIC ETIQUETTES, as seen in the Bible:

(One) Muslims greet each other by saying "Assalam Alaikum", which means 'Peace be upon you'. This was the practice of Jesus as we see in John (20:19, 21:26). Luke (24:36):
â€œ...came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.â€?

In fact, Jesus instructed his disciples, when he was sending them on the mission, that they should say this when they entered a house. This is an Islamic teaching. Matthew (10:12)
â€œAnd when you come into a house, salute it.â€? (the T. E. Version of the Bible writes 'say Peace be with you' in place of â€˜salute itâ€™).
(b) Muslims frequently use the phrase "Insha Allah", which means 'God willing' or 'if God wills'. We find this instruction in the Bible. James (4:14-15):
â€œwhereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life; it is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away. For that ye ought to say, if the Lord will, we shall live, and do this, or that.â€?

D. Some ISLAMIC OBSERVANCES, as seen in the Bible:
(One) Muslims do not eat pork. The Bible prohibits eating pork.
â€œAnd the swine, though he divide the hoof, and be clove-footed, yet he cheweth not the cud; he is unclean to you. Of their flesh shall ye not eat, and their carcass shall ye not touch; they are unclean to you.â€? Leviticus (11:7-8), (also Deut., 14:8)
(b) Muslims keep away from whoredom and wine. The Bible gives the reason.
â€œWhoredom and wine and new wine take away the heart.â€? Hosea (4:11)
â€œWine is a mocker, strong drink is raging; and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise.â€?
â€œBe not among winebibbers; among riotous eaters of flesh: for the drunkard and the glutton shall come to poverty:â€? Proverbs (20:1; 23:20-21).
(c) Muslims do not take usury (interest on money). The Bible commands thus:
â€œIf thou lend money to any of my people that is poor by thee, thou shalt not be to him as a usurer, neither shalt thou lay upon him usury.â€? Exodus (22:25)
(d) Muslims are circumcised. Jesus himself was circumcised (Luke 2:21), and so were Abraham and all the Israelite prophets. We wonder how many of these practices are observed by Christians today. Who can then be called true Christians- the Muslims, or those who call themselves Christians?
Thus, it is clear that what Muslims do is not something new or strange, but is Biblical. It is also clear that Islam was the religion of all the Prophets and Messengers of God. It was very much the religion of Jesus .
Not only this, the continuity of the Abrahamic faith till Muhammed is also seen in the Bible, as we find prophecies, both in the Old and the New Testaments, about the coming of Prophet Muhammed.
