Not sure what this means. Is it having knowledge of everything, or simply everything revolving around a specific subject matter? I never heard this term before.

Its been around for a while.
Tupac talks about it in one of his earliest interveiws, he had a line shaved in a circle around his head when asked about it he said it represents 360 degrees of knowledge. The NWBNs talk about it in that the masons have 33 degrees but cannot achive 360 degrees for what ever reason and that Angels and what have you have twice that as 720 degrees... Angels or not its a 'philosophy' thats been around but I haven't heard anyone reallyexplain it or where it came from. Either 5% philosophy or a Prince Hall Black Mason thing.
No Socratarian nerve chops here.Guess I have my understanding of it but I'd like to hear from the enlightened on board...

As man seeks to explain and understand the universe he quantifies things in units that are the limits of his current level of understanding.

So by not doing so as the G.damned English love to, you are seeing everything as one...
One being in totality = 360 degrees?
There are no borders = There is noSpoon. Kinda thing? Either that or its;
''You are the spoon''
Or something like that.
You've let me down ST... theres no S.N.C involved here. Your confusion dosen't sound genuine.

Not so much knowledge but awareness, which brings the knowledge.
Masons at the 33% could do it, but need to do a ritual first to know what it's all about, they only have part understanding otherwise and the ritual doesn't help them in the long term anyway.
Seeing everything as one is a part of it, but not all of it, like most think, and get trapped by doing so unwittingly.
The way Iput it is that some think they're are the spoon or have control of the spoon, and may evenknow the ways of the spoon. But they can't think beyond the spoon.

I'm very interested in what Tupac said about it, now it's been mentioned.

S.T = Shemsi en Tehuti
Can't put the e in cause it'd spell SeT.
S.N.C = Socratarian Nerve Chop = The sacred art of topic posting and bringing something across on a forum, teaching through involvement and participation, chopping where nessary.

Intresting. So they can't achive the other 327degrees?
So prehaps its a full awareness of self as a part of the all... Got my thoughts butI really have to be in the right mood and I'm full of coffee right now.
My cousin bought me a dvd; -Thug Angel- more or less about how Pac was a nice guy, demonized by the media etc etc... prehaps its even a bit O.T.T but theres an interveiw a european woman did with him when he was ?17? and hes there talking about how he can't understand how some men in the ghetto treat women, what work hedoes for the community, the horrors hes seen blah blah blah...He has a, 'halo' shaved around his head and she asks him about it and he goes into it saying how it signifies 360 of pure knowledge all the way round. Been looking for it on YouTube but I can't seem to find it. Dosen't really say much about it but it sounds like the idea has been around for a while heard a few scholars mention it, fromthe NWBNs to Ashra Kwesi...
Thug Angel;
http://www.youtube.com/results?searc...pac+thug+angel
Would need to find the clip with the interveiw though...

If anyone's interested Erykah Badu talks about it too but in a more cryptic way in her song On and On.
When she says "i was born under water/ with three dollars and six dimes/ yeah you may laugh/ coz you did not do your math"
I did mine and looked up her spiritual beliefs so I know that's what she's talking about but it has never been explained to me.
I will be watching this thread because I'm really interested in this.

Well anybody can do it, all people are equal in that department. Problem is though, it's hard to do it yourself when you're helped along the way too much, you end up relying on other people's greater knowledge of such things, some have rituals that they give people, or initiations. That's were the masons and other such groups fail, unknown to them, regardless of how high up they think they might be.

Do you work in optics or infrared? I do some electro-optics work and the optics guys (or physicists working with optics) are the only ones I hear talking about steradians.
