Our auras (invisible sphere around self) are like sticky substances gathering dust, for many of us fail to "Mr Sheen" it. We attract energies, good and bad which cleave to us. This proclamation is best said with 5-10 minutes of "stillness/quiet"- i.e. clearing thoughts and steadying of breath before reciting prayer. I close all windows, portals and doorways that would allow another to view, witness or manipulate my life as far as those energies extend. I choose to be well, whole and perfect of mind, body and soul.
I command that this reflect through all time and space and beyond between time and apace and through all dimensions.
I call forth all controlling and invasive energies I have experienced throughout the journey of my soul and all those connected with these energies. I command that my cellular memory, my tissues and all aspects of my being now reconnect, integrate and align with my core essence through all levels of consciousness.
I command that all energy forms, on all levels of consciousness, past, present and future that create a response in my being, that is out of alignment with the essence of my soul and divine truth, be transmuted into the divine essence of creative love, and returned to its creator source to be a positive, productive energy.
Whatever thought forms or energies I have on any level of consciousness that encourage, cause harm or destruction to my being, I return to its creator source.

I hesitated before I posted this invocation/proclamation, but only for a while. This is more than an ‘affirmation’ in the strictest sense of the word. Yes, affirmations are simpler and more concise – this invocation’s/proclamation's intent and purpose is to cleanse and empower one’s core self.

I acknowledge that is it not for everyone (we are all at different stages of development) – some will not get past the first sentence, for some have already pledged their being to someone/something outside of self. Some will fear it through lack of overstanding of its “intent�, yet some will read, and it will resonate within and embrace it. Whomsoever it was meant for will receive it

“to confirm that the right brain is of course a great medium of creativity, but also a momentous in expanding the capacities of thought, perception, and intuition; it is an important key�

You are absolutely on-point, I would definitely add spirituality, emotion and the intangible to the list.
We are blessed with two hemispheres to our brain, left (logic/strategy) and right (emotion/feeling) – this being a very simplified explanation. Left: I and me. (self) Right: Us and We (communal). Left side, consciousness/awareness; right side sub-conscious/unaware.
Here I would add that the sub-conscious is not PARTIAL. It just absorbs, negative and positive data unless directed otherwise. E.g. someone telling another that “they are no good�, data absorbed by the subconscious will manifest itself on a conscious level via feelings of inadequacy/low self esteem/doubts/fears/self destructive behaviour patters even a belief that they “are no good�.

I am of the view that afrikans are genetically predisposed right linear thinkers –I shall try and explain myself below without going too far off topic.

Culturally afrikans have always ‘vibrated’ more on the right hemisphere of the brain – us/we ‘the village ethic’. Our culture and environment totally supported this ethic. What is considered to be ‘creative/abstract’/ ethereal/intangible/sacred is a direct reflection of right linear thought processing. Africans’ grasp and perception of the ‘intangible’ (spirit) is something left linear thinkers have great difficulty processing. They cannot define or categorise it, (restrain) therefore it does not commute and it is often dismissed as ‘mumbo jumbo’.

Western society/environment is and remains fully supportive of left liner thinking. (I/me/self). The education system encourages and develops left liner thinking patterns. Yet our creativity (free thought) (right linear) is somehow thought of as being “less� valid – and for the nay-sayers who took/studied “the arts�, this is a relatively new phenomenon (last 20 odd yrs or so) – and only to a degree as left linear dominated societies in general still do not consider “the arts� one of life’s more serious subjects.
The way we assimilate information – Left linear “tell me� – structured classroom/book learning; right linear ‘show me’ – hands on/rights of passage/physically do. Some of us get labelled with dyslexia, autism, learning difficulties etc because we fail to meet the criteria set by predominantly left linear thinkers as they can see no way to balance the two.

The way Africans and people of melanin (this is another factor, but for another day J ) interact- wherever they are on this planet – they will be animated when talking, gestating with hands and facial expressions. Just go down to your local market where afrikans are dominant – you will see it in action – this is a right linear manifestation. Go to a small market town in Yorkshire (say) and you will see reserved, quiet, pinched and restrained. Left linear manifestation.

Living in a culture and society which does not support one’s thought process leads to gross imbalance. Eye am of the view that some Afrikan men particularly require a right linear supportive system in which to function, failing which the subconscious will create one, sometimes labelled as schizophrenia and a myriad of mental health issues. African women, even subconsciously – exercise this part of self in nurturing and giving of self. We do unconscious things such as putting on the music whilst washing up the dishes and shaking our asses (release). Right Linear manifestation. banana.gif

I feel that this is one of the fundamental reasons why we as a people have been ‘catching hell’ for so long. Left and right linear thought processing.
A heavily disposed left linear thinker is calculating, logical, analytical and a very good strategist. Right linear dominant being more disposed to “feelings/emotions� and not necessarily perceptive to long term machinations. Compassion, forgiveness and spirituality are also under the domain of the right hemisphere of the brain.

We all posses left and right hemispheres and are fully capable of vibrating between the two. The ‘culture’ that raises you has an enormous effect on which hemisphere is dominant is your thought process for it either supports or destroys it. I would almost guarantee that most afrikans know of, or have heard someone say “their spirit don’t take to such and such�. Talk of spiritual matters is not something that is alien or objective to our psyche. Afrikan culture does not forsake one over the other, in fact it embraces and encourages development of right linear thought (creativity/expression/spirit).

The subconscious mind (right hemisphere) needs just as much nurturing as the conscious mind (left). Proclamations, invocations, prayers, affirmations, song, dance, art and rituals (right linear expressions) all aide in balancing the psyche (subconscious) for we live in a society whose very culture causes some inner turmoil. My mind, over my heart. My logic over my gut reaction, higher v. lower self … Left v. right hemispheres.


I would add that these deductions of mine are spirit led (right linear thought process) I have tried to explain them logically as I can, and I hope my meaning and intent is clear.

Sometimes I find it slightly difficult to express the “abstract� for this hybrid and *******ised language does not afford me the “words� to convey the true meaning … so please bear with me. Its akin to trying to describe a “fork� when one has no knowledge or concept of a fork. I could describe it as a thin metal object with three or four protruding prongs at the end, but if you’d never ever seen a fork before, the description may not be enough for an accurate visualization – yet upon “sight� of the fork, the concept, meaning and intent of the fork is instantly recognisable.

I would like to add a few ingredients into the pot – metaphorically speaking ….

The pineal gland sits snugly between the right and left hemispheres of the brain. The electro-magnetic signals sent to both hemispheres are interrupted by the calcification of the pineal, producing predominantly left liner thought processing. You have already mentioned that right linear thought is missing ‘holistically’ and the innocence of the child’s mind in their process of thought.. it is extremely rare for a child to have a calcified pineal gland.
Eye am of the view that the natural order of things is right to left. Tick tock. Tick tock. The dominant society is TOCK TICK. Left to right, the vibrational difference so subtle yet very profound – in all its manifestations.

Maybe we can brainstorm and ‘enrich’ each other in regaining our Afrikan mind. The next generation of Diops, Williams, Ben Jachannan to name a few are already amongst us and must be encouraged to utilize their right linear self – for another will grasp the concept and yet another will synthesize.

I thought about something pertaining to auras and the seven charkas. You know how red and blue makes purple?Red is the lowest charka as well as the lowest vibratory aura color, blue is the higher/last of the body and purple is the highest of the mind/spirit. You know how to really master the body is by mastering the mind and combining the earth with the ether which opens up access beyond space/time. How the sixth is the third eye, knowing of being, understanding and harmony and the seventh is the connectionwith the Pure Being, The Source, beyond all aspects of self. Spiritual thoughts are illustrated by purple flames or clouds and a sign of spiritually endowned knowledge is yellow around the head. The opposite of yellow is blue, which is right at the throat in the charkas.

I was admiring how it was all connected and by trulybeing connected,balanced, just like what we have talked about in this thread, balance of the male/female principles, of the left/right brains (logic/intuition, the parts and the whole, form/meaning), of the physical/spiritual, etc.
