Talking Not all whites believe Jesus was white - 06-01-08, 01:19 AM

This is a very old article I read a few years ago. I found it on google and thought it would be great to post it here. I just can't believe the racist remarks the deacon threw around about blacks. The white pastor, Mills, believes Jesus was black and his ancestors and that Ur, the Sumerian civilization was also black!

alabamagirl:

here is my take on Jesus' color. i am a christian and study the bible regularly. I don't know it all but I am certain about what things important and what doctrines are the pillars of Christianity. Jesus' color is not even discussed.

the only thing that was important about His race or nationality was that God made a specific promise that the saviour would come from the line of David. The Jews are the chosen people. This does not make them any better than anyother people. No where does it say so. But God has made certain promises about Israel and these prophesies have been fullfilled down through tyme even tiil now without fail.

anyone with any real perspective could not assume anything but the fact that Jesus was anything but white. the likely hood of His being white is much less than Him being a chinese.

thanks alabamagirl

You're welcome. Actually it would be Hebrew Israelites who are chosen, not Jews. The Bible does not refer to them as Jews. I don't believe that the Israelites are better than others either. It's just of significance to me who they really were and the things that they accomplished and the fact that white supremacists are trying to claim that they were one of them.

You are correct in the use of Hebrew. But some on here will tell you that it does not apply to the Jews and all that.

Read the 16th Chapter of Ezekiel and see what God says of these people. How he chose them. what their position was at the time. he chose them not because they were great but because they were the least.

it tells us how he picked them up clothed them and raised them to a great people and then how they sinned against Him.

what i like about the bible alabamagirl is that it is not so flattering to either jews or christians but shows the frailties of them both and all the while calling them to repentence.

1. Genesis Chapter 9, Verse 27 ~~ God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.

--Japheth is the Gentile, the Pagan, the European.
--Shem is the so-Called Jew.
--Canaan is the black man.

This is not prophecy, this is pre-planned dogma.

2. Deuteronomy Chapter 7, Verse 6 ~~ For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God: the LORD thy God hath chosen thee to be a special people unto himself, above all people that are upon the face of the earth.

and your point is what fine?

i imagine that for what they have had to go through being God's special people that they would gladly have given the title to some one else. if you think that by special they were relieved of any chastening or punishments you are certainly wrong.

fine there was a time when i did not study the bible that i was jealous of the jews and thought that God showed favoritism to them. nothing is father from the truth. look in the bible at what they went through because they were God's special people. look at them now in the midst of enemies. i would not want to live like they are living now. that is not way to live being threatened constantly.

i do not over look the sins of israel just as God does not. they are His chosen people through whom the messiah came and they do not believe just as their brothers the muslims. lots of jews will bust hell wide open.

Jewish people are not God's true chosen. Look at hebrewisraelites.org.

As i have said many time brother, I don't doubt that Jesus may have been black and most certainly was not white.

but my only question to any serious person who has become a student of the bible to tell me one importance to the reality of the bible and emphasis that the color of anyone let along Jesus has to do with the message of the bible.

then what is the matter with this thing that can never be settled because God was smart enogh to realize that men would make a God out of His color.

i am just asking. Give me some proof of the matter of His color being significant.

What Bible are you reading? Do you even know the Hebrew prophecies? Very few of them have actually been fulfilled, which is why Jewish people still await the coming of the Messiah.

You as a Christian will assert that Jesus was the Messiah and that he has already come. However, if you knew anything about the Hebrew prophecies it is clear that Jesus could not be the Messiah as he did not fulfill the prophecies of one. If he did, we wouldn't be here discussing it...the world we be under one "God" and one government, there would be world peace with Israel at the center of hegemony, amongst many other things that the Bible clearly says is supposed to happen within the lifetime of the Messiah. Jesus is dead and gone, and so his followers (fearing being killed for blasphemy) made up a story that "he's coming back....again!" Now, 2,000 years later we have Christians who don't even live a Hebrew lifestyle (as Jesus did) talk self-righteously on the subject and still claim he's "coming back...soon", even at the neglect of their own culture and heritage....how pathetic...

Shemsi:

You accuse me of not knowing what my bible says.

If I did so with you and a matter that you hold dear I would certainly give you a chance to defend my accusations.

You are not a Christian and yet you tell me what the bible says and does not say and that very few prophesies have been fullfilled.

You tell me that the the world is supposed to be under God and a one world government.

I ask you to give me an example of a prophesy that has not been fullfilled according to it's time frame.

And could you , no would you please show me where prophesies concerning the Savior have failed. There are some yet to occur but are right on schedule.

Give us prophesy that in the bible that did not happen, just one.

Now you are the one who said that very few have happened, not me.

Did you know that the prophets prophesied that Israel would reject Him when He came?

Here are a few of the rejection prophesies>>>14 And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
Isaiah 8:14 (KJV) Isaiah lived and made the prophesy sometimes around 700 b.c.

>>>1 Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed? 2 For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. 3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

Christ's passion foretold
4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. 5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. 6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. 7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. 8 He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken. 9 And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.
Isaiah 53:1-9 (KJV)

Do you know anything about the bible Shemsi? Did you know that 3/4 of each of the Gospels are actually Old Testament? One time I mentioned this in the pulpit of a seasoned pastor and he all but grabbed me by the collar and rushed me down.

Do you know what the last fullfillment of prophesy was Shemsi? Here is a clue, it happened in the 40s.
