white bigots....

I recently retired from a job with Honeywell. A white friend of mine is trying to get a business off the ground and he asked me come in with he and his wife. With the explosion of Oil and Gas drilling in East Texas and NorthWest Louisiana it has taken off. I am the only black in the firm so far of the 18 people.

I saw when I came in that there would be problems because some of these white boys are from one of the starches areas of white supremacy in this part of the country. In fact shortly after 9/11 I attended a meeting with Justice Department agents and they asked the room if there were any terrorist operating in the area. Of the 100 plus people in the room no one said a thing.

The guy did a power point that showed where klan activiity was highest and other white supremacist groups. In West Monroe Louisiana there is one of the strongest Aryan groups in this area of the country. In fact one of the guys who started the Aryan Nation in California prisons was recently arrested and convicted of racketeering, money laundering and what ever that law they passed to be able to get gangsters. He was extridited back to California and is serving life now.

But several of the white guys are from West Monroe. I sensed it right away. I am about to be put in charge over the field operations which will make me third in rank behind the owner and wife.

One guy exploded a week ago because I made a few suggestions which were implimented. He blew up at the owners daughter who sent out an email addressing the changes. Yesterday a younger guy who is under this guys thumb also from WM left a job site after the owner specifically told him to stay until I got there.

I have been instructed to recruit and train some people to come on board. Guess who i am gonna recruit? If I can get them to pass a drug screen.

It will be a great opportunity for young kids to make some money while the boom is on the next 5 or 6 years. And they will get some great experience that can carry them further.

The old ******* i told you about did not show up today, i will have his ass tomorrow. An oil exect there for the well testing came over and asked a few questions this morning about my set up. in 3 minutes he was eating out of my hand because i know my shyt.

when that old fool comes at me tomorrow i am gonna lead him into a trap and lay him before the exec in all his ignominious glory.

spend all day yesterday on a gas well site getting it ready for fracing.....

the old peckerwood was dere for sure....i hung him up yesterday, i had charge of the site and had to make sure that everyone who worked name was recorded. i ignored him all day and he finally went away.

he is an old fart with a bad limp, probably a old field hand who got hurt somehow and the company he works for is just keeping him around or him son or brother in law owns the company...anyway he is a piece of shyt..

went really smooth, arrived at 0600 and left at 2300....deep in the piney woods of east texas, need a satellite phone...

I got up this morning and needed a few items...a WalMart was across the road and a Micky D's just before it. I walked and ordered breakfast....there were at least 6 pecker woods on the "dead pecker bench" (old men sitting lying).

the usual conversations...the garden, grandson's baseball team, mexicans, etc...

and then for some reason the conversation always turns to guns and shooting something in the eye, the size guns they have and then a bit of silence. these old boys have seen it all and because they are too scared to commit suicide they have to look at things they never thought they would have to see and not be able to do a damn thing about it. this is why i am not for the death penalty, i want a ******* to suffer.

20 years ago in this town i could not sit and eat in the same place with them and now the owners of the places will throw their asses out if they start shyt. black boys and men ride around town with blond women (their daughters and grand daughters). in the old days it was only them that could 'get with' the black women on the 'QT'.

they can't call their pointy headed brothers together to go intimidate or worse anymore without being put in prison.

hell i know several lawyers in the town i am from who's fathers were big time farmers who got rich working blacks on their cotton plantations...sent these boys to law school and now these boys and girls are now representing blacks against white people and winning big settlements....

and then there are still some blacks who would turn things back so he could be mr fred's big n*****. but we have come too far to turn this thing around...

got 3 more days down here with them....hehehehe

glat do know that every thing went ok. My wife and I was thinking about coming out there to buy some land. I had to take about this. We have no time to deal with racist.

where are you thinking about relocating? it is not that bad. maybe i can help you or put you on to some one..

i grew up around peckerwoods.....i can see what time has done and how it has taken a toll on them....
